I just can't walk away from my responsibilities. The more I need to have rest, the more I find it difficult. Especially when you are the only one who can react on every single thing about your family. Do your job, handle the pressure & move on.

Are you a breadwinner? I dont know whats going on with our folks they tend to be so dependent to us when they are supposed to help us secure our finances and lead us to the right path. They tend to be the source of stress and pressure... Pretty much the same as what I am going through.
