Smartphones prissoners *My own belief is that smartphones are killing our society and our way of life as a whole, rather than simply a single generation.* The impact of mobile phones on society is something I've seen personally. It has turned our societies into prisons and given companies the power to control our thoughts. We are increasingly unable to avoid being exposed to information at all times. As a result of this constant barrage of information, our personal freedoms and rights are being eroded.   I'm not saying this lightly. In old movies that were shot before the widespread use of cell phones, you may see individuals strolling down city streets. One another's glances are locked on each other. People are exchanging information and ideas with one another. However, our ability to communicate with those closest to us has been severely harmed by the development of long-distance communication tools and technology.   On a daily basis, I see this. As a result, families in restaurants no longer engage in conversation with each other as they once did. They're all buried in their mobile devices. Rather than taking at the moment, folks at concerts these days are more concerned with photographing what they see rather than actually participating in it. On the subway, bus, or plane, no one pays attention to the person next to them. They're staring down at their phones with a steady focus. People no longer greet one another as they go down the street, and in many ways, this has led to a decline in our sense of self-awareness. Because of smartphones, all of us have become more narcissistic. We stopped sharing our lives with individuals in our immediate vicinity. To avoid making commitments, we've come up with all kinds of reasons to cancel them. The only way to get in touch with someone before cell phones were to respect their plants. Imagine that! We are only interested in what is happening on our phones. When we don't pay attention to our environment, we don't slow down, and we don't think logically. It is imperative that we have access to real-time data as well as immediate pleasure. If all this was only making us socially awkward, I wouldn't be screaming the alarm, but cellphones have turned into a weapon for employers to mistreat their employees. You may not have realized it before, but the pandemic has brought to light a tendency that is not good for anyone.   Your supervisor had no method of contacting you when you left the office before cellphones were invented. They'd have to wait until the next morning to see if he had any requests from you. Train conductors and engineers, as well as truck drivers, had no method of being tracked as they went across the country. The only way to communicate with your superiors was to break the rules. Simply disabling the telephone was all it took to prevent you from being contacted when you returned to your home. I feel that people were less stressed, less in a hurry, and more socially engaged prior to the introduction of cell phone technology. I believe that telephones, particularly smartphones, have robbed us of our sense of community and family connection. Sadly, I don't believe there's any way to reverse the damage. You can now see what's in the box. Convenience is prized more than meaningful interactions with one's neighbors.

Forgiveness Consider that every other response will state something along the lines of "Oh, it's not for them; it's for you!" If you do not forgive them with your precious little heart, you will never find peace or be free of the anguish!" And the majority of those individuals are positively dealing with it.  **What is it? You are aware. And it is not loved, nor is it Christian grace, but a combination of ignorance and selfishness along the lines of "all life is sacred, but every criminal should be slain**"     The problem with this perspective is that when we consider the natures of forgiveness and unforgiveness, we frequently consider ourselves—what if we did something wrong and were not forgiven? Of course, we would be sincere in seeking pardon, some kind of acceptance, for our sincere mea culpa. However, we ignore the hurt person's feelings and the fact that the majority of villains seek forgiveness in order to continue doing what they were already doing—the abusive husband still wants supervised rights and someone to clean up after them, the abusive parents still want to dominate their children's lives, and that jerk coworker still wants to keep his job. The difficulty with forgiveness is that the majority of people simply want to peaceful transition. Humans are simple, simple creatures that despise drama. WE despise it so much that we will give up anything, including our happiness, to avoid having to cope with it. Mothers who have been battered have thrown their children into the fire, believing that if they allow their husbands to get away with it, things will eventually return to "normal" for a time. You're willing to put up with your dog's horrible antics because once he calms down, you'll be able to watch your shows. After two friends despise each other, the first idea that comes to mind when they reconcile is "Oh nice, now everything will be normal!" rather than determining whether anything was truly resolved.   Forgiveness is not synonymous with love—you might adore someone and still be unable to forgive them for some of their behaviors. Expecting someone you care about to at the very least attempt to make amends or modify their ways is simply establishing proper human conduct. Did you truly love your children if you forgave them for everything they did without ever requiring them to learn from their errors? How unprepared they will be if they are held accountable, and how inadequately they will be to cope with partners, children, and so forth. And, sadly, we as adults must deal with manchildren, grownups in our life who never learned to grow up or teach, and the only kind thing we can do is attempt to be a gentle teacher who teaches them to learn—which includes more than simply forgiving them when they do wrong!   Forgiveness is also something that must be extended when one is solid, healthy, and able to stand on one's own two feet. It should not be something you are compelled to give in order to receive those goods, nor should it be requested when you are unhappy or ill. If it is wrong for catholic priests to mob a dying protestant on his deathbed, and if it is wrong for a son to beg forgiveness (and thus inheritance) from his mother prior to her death, then it is also wrong to beg forgiveness from a spouse, sibling, or friend while they are still suffering—especially if they are suffering as a result of your own actions. Both adults in a good divorce ensure that the other is secure, has a place to live, and is capable of surviving on their own. Unhealthy is the spouse who blackmails the other into quitting their job and selling their old house, effectively forcing the other to start over with nothing - and then uses that as leverage to obtain forgiveness and "return home."   **Find your own peace, avenge yourself by living a good life, and forgive by understanding that they do not own your life or spirit. You can smile at your phony friends, your heartless loves, and your strange family members, but only because it is as natural as smiling at random people on the street.**

@Lowa

Please pay attention at your Health What you put into your body, mind, and spirit determines how well you feel on a day-to-day basis.  *Each individual has a unique style of expressing what they require. Your willingness to listen is the first step in responding to this need.*  You may notice dry mouth, skin, or eyes; lack of energy; an increased heart rate; headache; nausea, or dizziness, for example, when your body tells you it's thirsty. When it comes to making a decision, the ability to choose is one of the few things we have in life. When we're pressed for time, it's tempting to overlook our bodies' urges and signals. Chronic dehydration, which can lead to a host of other issues if ignored, can worsen the symptoms, but that's not the only concern with disregarding the symptoms. Chronic dehydration, which can lead to a host of other issues if ignored, can worsen the symptoms, but that's not the only concern with disregarding the **symptoms.**  As ego and self-talk (Oh, I can do it later) encourage you to ignore messages, that state of developing a new normal that feeds on itself and makes it simple to appear that there is no need at all. Parts of the body that aren't working as well as they should send new signals. As an example, your kidneys and liver require adequate fluid levels to flush toxins from your system. If you don't get enough fluids, you may experience pain, develop kidney stones, or experience any number of other symptoms that may lead you to seek medical treatment for symptoms that don't seem to be related to chronic dehydration but can manifest in a variety of ways.  I just use these examples to show what can happen if you don't pay attention to your own body, mind, and spirit's messages about what they require. As a result, you may be ignoring your body's simple requirements, which can have a cumulative effect on your health and well-being if you don't pay attention to them.  As an alternative to ignoring your body's whispers, you may write them all down on a list and think about them later: what your body, mind, and spirit are saying to you; how you respond and why; the health consequences of those responses; and whether there is anything you'd like to do differently. If you're unsure of the message's meaning, it's a good idea to look it up. Making the practice of listening to yourself and ignoring the external forces that seem to keep you from reacting is the first and most crucial step.  So, just as there is a penalty for ignoring thirst, rejecting your body's request for rest will have an effect over time. In order to maintain good health, you must learn to listen to and respond to your own needs, no matter how great the external demands may be. As a result of this focus, health radiates from within you. What are your priorities?

@Lowa

We all need this :( How are you guys? Hope you are doing well during this pandemic. Peace is something **we all desire**. You desire tranquillity, but your mind is unsettled, *and hence you lack mental tranquillity. If you lose your temper, it's normal that you'll have an argument with your spouse or partner first. You proceed to rant at your neighbor as the situation escalates. You scream at your employer as the situation worsens. Everyone knows you need medical help the day you yell at your boss. Yelling at your husband, wife, or neighbor may be regarded as natural, as it is done by everyone.* You have now reached the point where you must consult a physician. He places a tablet in your hand. Once the tablet is absorbed into your system, you experience a brief period of tranquillity—if only for a few hours. When a chemical is injected into the system, agitation subsides and a sense of tranquillity returns. Thus, serenity is a chemical reaction occurring within the human body. Likewise, each emotion has its own unique chemistry. Whatever the sensation, it will be matched by a chemical mechanism within the body. We have calm chemistry within us if we are tranquil. Alternatively, if we can cultivate that type of chemistry within us, tranquility will naturally follow. Both approaches are acceptable in yoga. With the *proper practices*, we may alter our internal chemistry and raise it to a certain level, ensuring that we will always be at peace regardless of the situation. Currently, your tranquillity is a slave to external circumstances. You can maintain your peace if the situation is favorable to you. There is a problem if the situation is not acceptable to you; only when your serenity is not dependent on external circumstances and your inner self remains unchanged regardless of external circumstances can we call it yoga. In other words, yoga is the science of establishing proper chemistry. If your chemistry is correct, being tranquil and joyous is the only way forward; there is no other way. Being serene and joyous is not the goal of life; it is the means to an end. If you are not even peaceful, if you are consumed with mental garbage, you have not yet begun to live. The most basic prerequisite is to be peaceful or pleased. Even if you intend to savor your breakfast or dinner, you must maintain a state of tranquillity. Can you enjoy your dinner if you are agitated? Not at all. The very first step is to be peaceful. However, individuals today propagate the notion that the highest dimension of existence is mental tranquillity. Regrettably, because the majority of the world's population has not reached this point, there are those who propagate it as if it were the pinnacle of existence. It's tragic that so-called spiritual leaders are preaching to the masses that peace is the ultimate goal. The most basic requirement is to be tranquil. This is neither the path to enlightenment nor a relationship with God. This is life's "A," not its "Z." This is the start.

@Lowa

I'm doing my best For the past several years, I've noticed an unpleasant **idea** in my head whenever I'm working toward a goal or accomplishing something, yet I'm still drained by the things I still need to do: In my opinion, ***"I'm doing my best, but it's not enough."***   I'm quite aware that it's a cycle of *self-defeating thoughts*. I've been trying to come up with phrases to replace it with, but it keeps popping up on its own. Something came to mind when I was reading the creation myth the other week.   On the first day of creation, Jesus created both light and darkness. Despite this, he was nowhere near finished with the planet's inhabitants or any of its other inhabitants, including land, animals, birds, plants, and, of course, other people.   He took one glance at his work and declared it satisfactory.   This is a great example of how to do it well.   For this reason, these two works of art by Eva Timothy were put together. I think they're a formidable force when combined. When we're feeling overwhelmed by our to-do or to-be lists, we can look at our progress and say, "It's a step in the right direction."   He designed everything so that we might make use of it. He inspires us to work harder.   **Change is possible**, repentance takes time, and worthiness does not need perfection, as Brad Wilcox put it. Always keep in mind that God and Jesus are ready to assist us at the very moment we need it.   The devil tries to depress us by emphasizing how far we still have to go, but **Christ** lifts us up by emphasizing how far we have already come. . As a result, today, when I was feeling down about my to-do list, I decided to take a break. I paused for a moment before continuing. When I looked past the clothes, I noticed that the sink had no more dishes in it. *"It's good,"* . **It's about making progress, not getting everything perfect—** **It's the climb up, not the fall.** **An incomplete work can nonetheless be considered good.**

@Lowa

How to acquire peaceful LIFE? First, what is the goal of *peace*? **Security**? Like states seeking peace for border security?   *A calm life?*    For the simple reason that we are all human, we cannot feel “secured forever” even in eternal peace. And all our other **anxieties** are gone, when our everyday peace is restored, one fear remains silent: the fear of dying. We all know that no matter how quiet we are, we will die eventually, whether we want to or not. It's just that we forget after getting caught up in life. So even if you have nothing to fear, your hidden fear of death will surface and bother you.   Also, even in the **moment of ultimate inner peace**, we are exposed to external threats to our lives and property. You can enjoy your coffee in the woods, but a tiger can shred your head off. So inner peace does not guarantee a peaceful, secure life. Peace is not a means to a secure life. Peace is meant to **relieve difficulties** so you may focus your time, energy, and resources on what matters most. Peace allows you to commit yourself so totally to something that you no longer care about security. Peace is a pause in life, before diving deep into the ocean of existence. Then, and only then, can your chaotic life attain some "stability?" To construct a fulfilling life requires this solid-state. Isn't it impossible to build in an earthquake?   **So, think of peace and beyond it.**   A successful life does not bring peace. After 60, you think you've earned peace, but that's retirement. You retired from active life. That's war. If this is peace to you, it should have happened 40 years ago, when your life was just beginning. When you were building your life. Because peace is the cornerstone of prosperity. Can you do well when agitated? Like an enraged or depressed soul? No. To accomplish meaningful work, you need a bit of peace. That's peace's worth.   So, peace of mind means focusing on the important things in life. Peace of mind implies clearing your mind of needless and uncontrollable thoughts.   Can you paint a good picture on a little, unclean canvas? No. You need some room to move your tools. Then you may paint it. The same goes for our minds. It needs a place to work alone and calmly.   In fact, we lack this most. The **mental calmness** and relaxation required to begin something truly worthwhile. So we are continually on the lookout for new thrills, sensational things and activities, and stimulating sources. We are continually hustling, daydreaming, and blinding ourselves with temporary distractions to forget about our life imbalances.   So, let go of the idea that your ultimate goal is serenity. No. Your ultimate desire is peace. That's nice. Then, and only then, can you work towards achieving a joyful state of mind by doing something significant in life? Now you may wonder what I meant by "meaningful" in life. Not only that but it's a challenge No. The objective of life isn't to drive out random challenges. Rather, only a predetermined purpose may set a direction and a goal. Then you can start pushing the obstacles in your way. Aside from that, most issues and adversities in life are caused by humans themselves via overburdening. Their own intelligence becomes a hindrance to growth, as it gets overly preoccupied with negative and unneeded thoughts.   To **grow your life**, you must remove the weeds that encircle it. Peace is the base. And life's objective is to mature your tree's fruit. If you have the energy and passion to fight for anything, it is not your burden, and it cannot be removed. But if you feel drained by life, you need to clear your mind and life of the clutter. Let go does not simply letting go of challenges. That which prevents you from taking on big problems is letting go. Life's real challenges. **Be brave. Take risks**. Life's challenges matter to you. And let go of problems for sensations. That's when you're relaxed.

Catching Pokemon never gets old for me While Pokémon is occasionally referred to as a children's game, we all know this is not the case. When the Red and Blue versions of Pokémon were launched oh-so-many years ago, we were the children dashing through the bushes, screaming like monkeys in anticipation of a new game. In any event, many adults who continue to play Pokémon do so after years of doing so. These games have held our attention since our teens. Thus, why do so many people insist on calling Pokémon a children's game? Why are we always being told that Pokémon are extinct? When I was a **child**, I was at the epicenter of the N64 revolution, and Nintendo was truly at its peak. Whether you were a young child, a teenager, or an adult, it made no difference. Nintendo catered to the gaming interests of everyone, which included the handheld sector with the Game Boy. Even games like Pokémon had a more mature atmosphere back then than they do now. That may sound like a strong remark, but games were less flowery back then than they are now, giving those beautiful, cuddly Pocket Monsters the appearance of... well, monsters rather than pleasant and beloved companions. As a result, *why did the presentation change?* Nintendo's growth as a business has resulted in a broadening of its focus to include "family" as a fundamental component of its mission. However, games such as Pokémon have benefited not only from visual enhancements (Pokémon X and Y look incredible in 3D) but also from a shift in the games' emotions. This is not always undesirable. Indeed, while I appreciate the change in any game that has built such an enduring business, I believe it is precisely this shift that has fed criticism of adult Pokémon players. We've entered a new Nintendo age, and all that remains is for us to remain faithful to ourselves. Many of us got our start with handheld gaming thanks to Pokémon. When I think back to the 1990s, the game I have the most flashbacks of playing is Pokémon Red. I spent quite a bit of time playing that game, which is why I've continued to love and enjoy this ongoing collection of strange, frequently ludicrous animals. *Since the 1990s, little has changed in the world of handheld gaming. The 3DS is a glorified Game Boy. While the Internet and wireless connectivity are there, the majority of changes are occurring in the manner in which specific jobs are performed, not in the functions themselves.* That instance, while the 3DS is an incredibly advanced portable Nintendo product, it has been labeled "childish" by many due to Nintendo's current market position. Children with a 3DS are akin to a small child with an iPhone. The only difference is in the way the things are sold. Due to Nintendo's emphasis on a younger demographic, the company's elder fan base has become increasingly isolated. This is why adults find it strange when children play video games such as Pokémon. This is unfortunate because it has been the money of the older generation that has funded Nintendo thus far, and it's natural to be frustrated when others believe the same thing. Consider it from the investor's perspective. Wouldn't you want to see a return on your investment if you were putting hundreds of dollars in a cause you believed in? Shouldn't you be able to do whatever you want if it's something you enjoy? I believe that is the case. I'm tired of living in a world where others decide what activities we may or may not participate in. It doesn't matter if you're a ten-year-old child, a 45-year-old virgin, or the Queen of France. If you're a lover of Pokémon, you should definitely play Pokémon! What does it matter what other people believe? *Pokémon is* ***not a past age****; they are a multigenerational phenomenon. It is something that has been a long-standing part of our lives. If people want to criticize us for playing such games on the 3DS or any other platform, they should criticize any adult who plays "childish" games on Facebook, iPhones, or tablets. Puts everything in perspective, doesn't it?* In comparison to many of the games accessible on the platforms mentioned earlier, playing Pokémon can be an extremely rewarding and social experience that takes a high level of expertise. As a result, the next time someone tells you that you're too old to play Pokémon, don't be afraid to advocate.

Don't let your dreams be dreams People come to deal with the reality that their lives have been a sham as they near the end of their days. As they neared the end of their lives, 100 elderly patients were asked to reflect on their biggest life regrets as part of a hospital study. As a rule of thumb, they expressed regret over what they didn't do rather than what they did. The goals they never achieved and the dangers they avoided.   *What will you say to yourself at the end of the day?* *Ever pause ask yourself, why you're here?* *It's never a good idea to take anything for granted in life. Do not pay your rent until the weekend has passed.* *Do you have the courage to do what it takes to pursue the dream that has been calling out to you?* *Will you let it slip away from you?* In case you weren't aware, I recently discovered an interesting truth regarding airplanes. "Standing on the ground is more risky than flying," a pilot told me when I inquired about the percentage of his passengers who believe flying in a plane is perilous. "What is it, and how does it sound?" I queried. "What exactly is it?" As I walked away, he explained that we could go faster because the plane rusts and breaks down less when it's on the ground than when it's in the air. This makes sense, considering that planes were made to fly and humans were intended to fulfill their most primal desires. Being unable to fly for the remainder of one's life is one of the most tragic losses a person can suffer. If you're like the majority of people, you've had dreams of a robber breaking into your room and stealing your possessions at night. Additionally, you should notify the police if you encounter him and keep him away from minors. His reputation has been sullied. He has left significantly more unfinished business than he began with as a result of his violence. His spread through your body is similar to being infected by a virus. Each of us, I believe, has a higher calling or mission in this life... The path I've taken has enabled me to see and learn about numerous other paths, some of which I discovered by chance and have provided me with a great deal of comfort and insight into a wide variety of mysteries and secrets concerning this country, its foundations, and the true destiny of the nation, as well as the entire world. Since beginning this path, I've received a plethora of information and understanding that the majority of my peers and friends cannot comprehend. Despite the fact that I've progressed in certain areas, I still feel trapped. I want to make a meaningful and lasting impact in this world—I want to bring peace, to eliminate the divides that are tearing its peoples apart, to facilitate healing and unification... but I'm at a loss for where to begin. That is my ultimate aim, and it is the one I aspire to most: to accomplish whatever it is I was sent on this earth to do and to assist others in any way I can while being a decent and honorable human person in the eyes of others. Keep a dream journal and then create a map of your travels and experiences to help you discover who you are. Additionally, **keep in mind** that your dreams are a representation of your vibrational state when you went to bed each night. While you sleep, you lose momentum. As a result, the dream's quality serves as a guide for paying attention to your dreams.

Why I misses playing Taekwondo **If it has a positive effect on the individual's daily life or physical fighting, it is considered an element of Taekwondo.** **Martial arts** is a subject about life—about the obstacles we encounter and our capacity to be prepared for any eventuality via physical health, an educated mind for information and technical skills, mental focus, a good attitude, and a philosophy of success. When taught properly, accurately, and comprehensively by a legitimate expert and qualified instructor, Taekwondo addresses each of the three categories of unarmed combat: striking, throwing, and grappling—whether standing, sitting, or on the ground. Releases, escapes, defensive maneuvers, and counter-attacks are all addressed in a unique manner that does not replicate other systems, nor does it attempt to duplicate or be better at every potential skill-set, but merely negates and counters any and all attacks using solid physics and natural forces. *Taekwondo is not "mainly" or "first and foremost" a sport. Furthermore, it is not spelled "Tae Kwan Do," nor "Tai Kwan Do."Korean Taekwondo is first and foremost a martial art educational system that emphasizes a balanced training of the mind, body, and spirit for an enhanced and successful life that adheres to the "Do" (Dao)-the optimal action at any given time to achieve desired goals. Taekwondo's combat self-defense system is grounded in reality. On the other hand, the Martial Art of Taekwondo is balanced with sports competitions to test participants physically and for entertainment and promotional objectives. Taekwondo is only a fragment of the comprehensive curriculum that lies* at the heart of our martial arts education. It's enjoyable. It's a lot of fun and interesting to learn how to do things that the majority of people cannot. Tae Kwon Do's kicks, strikes, and footwork teach you a skill set that the majority of people will never have in life. Taekwondo is a popular activity for many people who lack athletic coordination, as it allows everyone to participate regardless of their ability level. Along the way, you develop **stamina, endurance, attention, and flexibility,** but you also learn valuable life skills. Additionally, it is a very logic-based sport, as you must carefully consider your next sparring move or change in your form. You get a completely new perspective on the world, and training alongside people from all walks of life is quite eye-opening. Taekwondo is not a sport that emphasizes brute **force and strength**; rather, it is a sport that emphasizes the uniqueness of each individual. It's a sport that constantly challenges you to set goals and to recognize that your greatest adversary is yourself. However, I believe that the best aspect of taekwondo is that it is a very versatile sport, with participants participating for a variety of reasons. Individuals participate in taekwondo for a variety of reasons, from weight loss to increased flexibility. I joined taekwondo in order to improve my self-defense skills and self-esteem, and it's worked out brilliantly for me. I miss playing on mats, battling for points in taekwondo for medals, prizes, and happiness by meeting strangers.

Please focus on your mental health as well Our thoughts constitute who we are. It is who we are in everyday life and forces us to have a broader view of life. Just as we exercise, eat, sleep, and engage in other bodily activities, we must also engage in mental activities. However, a more fundamental issue is how much time we commit to our beliefs. Psychologically, we believe that we are in control of our minds, yet the mind controls us, and it is difficult to disentangle the mind from the chattering that occurs throughout the mind.   Thus, a dilemma exists regarding the location of this mental activity. Where can we determine whether mental health is functioning normally or abnormally well? Personally, I believe that the majority of the debate revolves around the type of exercise we perform for our mental health. Are we following the same routine as our bodies in terms of eating and sleeping adequately? That is why, in most cases, we wish to express our happiness in terms of this perception. You say you are mentally fit if you are joyful. Everything is fine in the immediate vicinity.   *However, is this true? Is it possible to be content at all times? Isn't there such a thing as perfect happiness? What brings you happiness? Does it bring everyone happiness?* As you can see, here is where the mind's concept of happiness clashes with its own.   You can't explain to the mind what happiness is, what the future holds, how you want to live your life, what you've gained or lost, what you want, or what meaning you seek. If you tell your mind to find the answers to all of these questions, or more, it is evident that it will be unhappy, since the perfection that balances enjoyment is lost. Even now, I'm attempting to answer this question by thinking about what's going on in my head. However, the intellect, once again, is unable to comprehend. However, we must, and I'm left wondering what kind of mental workout I'm doing. Yes, we did consume a substantial amount of food. We had a good sleep. Everything is ours. Everything was accomplished by us. We are in the midst of an idyllic existence.   **Is this capable of bringing us into the proper frame of mind?** We remain unable to. because we are neglecting our mental health. We followed all of our body's instructions. There is nothing that can be said to govern the mind, for the mind is water, layers of thoughts, egos and identities, thoughts and provocation, and above all, intuition. As a result, I shall inform each of you of the damage you have caused to your mind. Did we do enough to keep it healthy in the same way that we keep our bodies healthy? Otherwise, there is a void that must be filled. **I have listed the five characteristics of mentally healthy people, as Johoda suggests.** **Effective Self-Perception** Coaching facilitates learning around how to change your attitude towards yourself. Individuals change their attitude towards themselves by observing their own behavior and noticing what causes the perceived negative behavior. Work is then done to change negative perceptions to positive ones. **Self-esteem and Acceptance** It is of paramount importance that you see yourself as a whole, that you respect and love yourself before you make any lasting and positive changes to your world. Self-esteem is a set of attitudes, perceptions, feelings, evaluations, opinions, and actions directed toward yourself that influence your behavior. Coaching helps you to view yourself in a positive light and accept those things which you may perceive as being negative. **Self-direction and productivity** I'm sure we've all felt sluggish and unmotivated; many of us feel this way on a daily basis, which could indicate that something is wrong with our overall health. When your values do not align with those of your company, or when you are unable to see how your work contributes to the larger picture, productivity typically suffers as a result of low motivation. **Sustaining relationships and giving affection** It's easy to be around someone who is in a good mood, but there are very few people in this world who are consistently in a good mood. Strengthening one's mental health results in the development of healthy, long-lasting relationships with friends and significant others. This is also critical in the workplace, and coaches will equip you with the tools necessary to sustain this state of being. **Control of behavior** The awareness and management of one's behavior is a critical tool for management on all levels – personal and professional. Coaches can share successful behavior management strategies from previous companies and clients, significantly enhancing the learning process. **I have also listed 3 methods that may help you to become mentally healthy** **Cold Showers** Cold showers are by far the quickest way to develop mental toughness. Begin slowly, with only 10–30 seconds following your normal shower. Increase your time in the cold by just 10–30 seconds per week and, after a few months, you'll be able to comfortably take 10-minute cold showers. There is nothing quite like purposefully exposing yourself to freezing waters, and saying "No" to the wonderful warmth of a hot shower when it is only a handle twist away requires insane amounts of discipline and grit. Begin now, with a small investment, and work your way up. Within a few months, you'll be amazed at your mental strength. **Meditate** Meditation is one of the HARDEST things you can do to improve your mental toughness. Seriously. Sitting for 5–30 minutes and doing NOTHING is significantly more difficult than it sounds. Consider it... You will observe. If you want to improve your mental toughness, begin by meditating for just three minutes per day. Add 1–2 minutes each week, and you'll find that you're not only mentally stronger, but also more present, less stressed, and more productive in your daily life. **Wake Up Earlier (Without Sleeping Less)** Another excellent way to increase your mental fortitude is to get up earlier. Avoid sacrificing quality sleep in order to accomplish this. Rather than that, turn off Netflix. Go to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual and then wake up earlier. Begin with small increments of 10–15 minutes and you'll soon be waking up at 4:30 a.m. Lastly, please be mindful of your mental health. Iloveyou guys.

My point of view on crypto **How can someone convert a cryptocurrency to real cash?** **The majority of individuals are still unable to use Bitcoin as a means of exchange. The vast majority of the population does not believe it is legal tender. I must first discover a merchant who accepts bitcoin before I can use it as a form of payment.** While the future of bitcoin is undetermined, the future of cryptocurrencies as a means of exchange is largely accepted by all participants in the conversation. As with any other technology, Bitcoin, like any other, gains an advantage by being the first to market. In other words, it is more easily identifiable. Now that I am aware of what would occur, how can I ensure my participation in the game? To participate, you must purchase tokens or an admission ticket. As a result, bitcoins are increasingly being viewed as tokens that will eventually let them play in the big game. Following another round of convincing people that the game will definitely occur in the future, individuals have begun gradually adopting cryptocurrency as a daily trading medium. Once it occurs, bitcoin should be able to provide the future that many people anticipate. If it is successful, it has the potential to be a significant breakthrough, with those who invested early reaping the rewards. Without this, a bubble will form. As a result, it is treated as an asset rather than a currency for the time being, as it is used as a token to participate in a future game.   **Bitcoin's practical use as a medium of exchange is still out of reach for the majority of people. The bulk of the population does not believe that it is a legitimate currency. In order for me to utilize bitcoin as a form of payment, I must first locate a merchant who accepts bitcoin.** Although the future of bitcoin is unknown, the future of cryptocurrencies as a future medium is more or less an intangible fact that is widely accepted by all participants in the discussion. Bitcoin, like any other technology, benefits from being the first to market. To put it another way, it is more recognizable. So now that I know what is going to happen, how can I ensure that I will participate in the game? Purchase the tokens or the entrance ticket in order to participate. *As a result, bitcoins are increasingly being regarded as tokens that will allow them to participate in the big game in the future. After yet another round of convincing people that the game is unavoidably going to take place in the future, individuals began to gradually adopt cryptocurrency as a daily trading medium. Once it occurs, bitcoin should be able to offer the future that people are currently envisioning. If it delivers, it has the potential to become a major breakthrough, and those who invested early will reap the benefits. If this is not done, the result is a bubble.* As a result, for the time being, it is considered an asset rather than a currency because it is used as a token to participate in a future game. Thank you very much!

Crypto makes us happy I'll accept a better solution if it's offered by someone else. They are the experts here, so I'll take their word for it. What I've realized is this: Currency is odd when you think about it. Let's take a closer look at the US dollar first. An image is printed on paper or fabric, and that's all it is. However, we assign a monetary value to it, and we all agree that each type of note is worth a certain amount of money. Similarly, our ancestors valued onyx more highly than granite and agreed on a specific value system for each type of rock. The definition of a currency is whatever the parties involved agree upon. There are a number of reasons why bitcoin is regarded as having more value than cash. Because we like the new currency, it becomes more valuable as time goes on, which is part of the rationale. Bitcoin, on the other hand, takes things to an all new level. For example, consider the Bitcoin cryptocurrency. Coins are scarce, so get them while you can. These coins can be shared, but there will be no more coins made. Supply and demand take effect as a result. Attempts to purchase Bitcoin increase as more people become interested in the currency. Because there is a high demand for this currency but a limited supply, the price of a single coin will grow indefinitely as long as people desire it. Other currencies, such as the US dollar, create new money and then remove some of it from circulation. In the same way that bitcoin is influenced by supply and demand, this currency is likewise subject to those forces. For our benefit, the price of a single bitcoin is insane, but it's possible to own even less than 0.00003 bitcoins, as compared to the 0.01 cents that may be purchased in USD-type money. According to the supply-and-demand equation, you could still own 30 bitcoins even if the price of one bitcoin had hit $1,000,000 USD. Thank you for reading, and I really hope it was helpful.

What is your ideal motorcycle? Riding a motorcycle with a 100cc engine versus a 750cc engine, for example, is a world of difference. cruiser and sports versions, there is a world of difference. When it comes to motorcycles, there are two distinct categories: cruisers (750cc) and sports bikes (650cc). However, if you are a commuter (rather than an enthusiast) who considers riding to be a necessity, then all of these will have the same effect on you. What I found to be intriguing *The sound of an engine* *Experience a sense of weightlessness.* *When you twist the throttle, you will hear the lovely engine rev (engine refinement).* *Effortless cruising speeds with minimal effort (power on hand)* *High-speed cruising becomes a nightmare. Better night rides* *Sense of style and reputation* *And so on.*   Only 80 kph and occasionally up to 130 kph can be safely driven on Philippine roads nowadays. You never know where a pothole or a bald or melted road might be. You might witness ZX10R or R1 riders riding at 160–180 kph speeds on our roads, but that is totally crazy and suicidal (for riders and others). Provided, they do not ride at such speeds all the time because of the wind resistance, discomfort, traffic and road undulations. No matter what capacity bike you own, a safe riding speed in the Philippines is always 7 kph. This speed is safe for a biker, gives them enough time to react, and provides good mileage. It also produces fewer emissions, making it eco-friendly. **Why do we like the sound of some big-bike motorcycles? Let us have a look at the motors first.** At double, the engine speed, inline 4-cylinder, 4-stroke engines exhibit an uneven vibration. When acceleration and deceleration are different at the top dead center (under a significant shock load) and bottom dead center, the consequence is this (gentler shock load). Some manufacturers use counter-balance shafts that spin at twice the engine's speed and are used by some manufacturers to reduce vibration, especially when the displacement is considerable. At under 3,000 RPM, the maximum speed of a 4-stroke, 4-cylinder engine is 4800 RPM. Using a novel engine mounting system, certain manufacturers are able to effectively isolate the passenger compartment from the noise and vibration generated by the engine. Idle speed is when the horizontally-opposed 4-cylinder, 4-stroke engine (Subaru, Porsche, rear-engine VW) produces its worst vibration, but rubber engine mounts often reduce the transmission of engine vibration into the passenger compartment. The flat crankshaft of 4-stroke, 4-cylinder engines is a major benefit because it is easier and less expensive to produce on a production line. Detroit Diesel 4-71 and 4–53 engines, for example, had V-8 crankshafts with a con-rod bearing spacing of 90 degrees; these engines also used combination camshaft/counter-balance shaft systems to reduce engine vibration. The pitching vibration of a 3-cylinder engine occurs at high engine speeds. A commonality between the 2- and 4-stroke engines is the use of a crankshaft with con-rod bearings placed at an angle of 120 degrees. Vibration is worst at idling. At high RPM, good rubber or silicone-based engine mounts are strategically placed to decrease transmission of engine noise and vibration, especially in small displacement engines with lightweight pistons and con-rods. Using large-displacement 3-cylinder engines like the original 213-cubic-inch 2-stroke DETROIT DIESEL 3–71 engine, which could provide 120 to 150 horsepower, the transfer of engine vibration was calmed by the use of twin counter-rotating counter-balance shafts. As a result of the lower manufacturing costs, a 4-stroke, 4-cylinder engine with dual counter-rotating rotors can generate great power at low RPMs. Some articulated transit buses in North America were powered by the 8-liter, 4-cylinder DETROIT DIESEL Series 50 engine. A horizontally opposed 4-cylinder or an inline 3-cylinder engine with a modest displacement would be good alternatives for extremely high RPM running.

Why do you spend a lot of money? People who spent money on experiences rather than on material goods were happier because the excitement we often get from purchasing things tends to diminish quickly as we get used to them and start taking them for granted. This is not a healthy sign. If you prefer to save money rather than spend it, you will be in a better financial position for yourself and your future. Spending money helps you feel like an adult, which is appealing if you are young. When you are an adult, spending money is frequently an emotional rather than a practical or reasonable decision—think of shopping as a sport or therapy, for example. "That's not a dress, that's an emotional money blunder," Suze Orman says in one of her TV commercials. Spending money on yourself or others feels powerful, whether it is for something simple like a coffee shop latte or something large like a new car or house. You have turned back the clock (which most of us have done). There's nothing wrong with spending money on items you desire and need, but do yourself a favor and keep a spending diary for a few weeks, or inventory the purchases you've made over the past few months, or years, if you've been spending money for a while. Did you make use of all you purchased? Do you recall why you bought some items if you did not utilize them? Did you buy them to give yourself that "I'm an adult now" jolt? "I'm a collector," or "It looked like a wonderful idea at the time, but it's now just taking up room," are two options.   I loved going to the mall. I was free to buy whatever I wanted (within reason). I also bought a lot of stuff I did not need or even use, such as books that sat on a shelf unread, clothes that were only worn once or twice, and so on. I still do it now and then, as do almost all of us, but I am much better about it than I used to be. In addition, I despise shopping now; unless I am purchasing gifts for the holidays, it feels like the worst waste of time ever.  Spend money, but spend it wisely. You save money, so you spend it more carefully. Purchase memories that will last a lifetime, such as a trip to a place you have always wanted to see, with someone you care about, or dinner with loved ones at a good restaurant. Individuals deserve special presents. Don't buy everything you want; otherwise, none of it will be one-of-a-kind.Invest in fantastic memories or items that will be appreciated or, at the very least, provide value since they were used and cared for, rather than those that are worthless because they were underused. Buying something that collects dust and subsequently gets sold on eBay or at a yard sale for ten cents on the dollar was never a beneficial buy at any stage in its life cycle, including the meaningless rush of adrenaline you felt from getting it, and the fewer of them you make, the better. That is the best spending advice I can give: do it carefully, without emotion, and wisely, and you will be fine.

Pasta positivity will keep you in shape with spag and carbornara Growing up, I had so many fond memories of Filipino-style spaghetti. It probably didn’t do my waist service, but I was seriously obsessed with this pasta dish. My high school cafeteria sold spaghetti to students, and every day, my mother's lovingly prepared packed lunch went untouched because I would rather spend my meager allowance on a plateful of the beet-red noodles.I don’t know what it is, but there is just something so awful yet addictive about red hot dogs in banana catsup sauce. Filipino spaghetti is a defiant take on Italian pasta. The noodles are overdone. It's bright red and sweet and spicy. The thick sauce, made with banana ketchup and tomato paste, contains diced hotdogs, ground pork, onions, and garlic. A substantial amount of cheddar cheese is sprinkled on top. The resulting disaster is a celebration of sweet, salty, and sour sensations that stab the palate. Due to a lack of tomato ketchup, Filipino war heroine and food inventor Maria Orosa created a replacement using bananas. So was banana ketchup. The Filipino staff allegedly produced MacArthur's favorite Neapolitan spaghetti with banana ketchup. Instead of meatballs, diced hotdogs were used. Filipinos have improved their spaghetti sauce over time by adding ground meat and spices. In certain recipes, the sauce is cooked with the pasta rather than separated and served separately. Its brightly colored pasta (banana ketchup employs red food coloring) and sweet flavor scared Italian cuisine purists, but Filipinos don't care. Filipino spaghetti is now a comfort food given at children's birthday parties with hotdogs on sticks with marshmallows. On the other hand, Even though carbonara isn't native to the Philippines, it's a huge hit here. When it comes to big celebrations like fiestas and the holidays, this Italian dish is a staple in restaurants across the country. It's common to use Italian ingredients like spaghetti or fettuccine pasta, hard cheese, cured pork, and freshly ground black pepper in traditional recipes. As you'll see, the traditional carbonara recipe is simple to put together, unlike many other Italian recipes that are more complex. However, the pasta dish's worldwide popularity has resulted in hundreds of variations on the original recipe. Because milk is used in the Philippines' version of the carbonara recipe, it is much creamier. Onion, garlic, cream, and parmesan cheese are also common additions to Filipino carbonara, but they are not found in the original recipe. The traditional Carbonara recipe calls for either parmigiana-Reggiano or pecorino romano, or a combination of both. It's not just carbonara that's popular around the world. The salty bits in the sauce give the carbonara in the Philippines a creamier and milkier flavor. Carbonara is a popular choice for Filipinos who don't like the sweetness of spaghetti. Lastly, **What pasta is best in your opinion?**

New Year's Resolution: If no one else does, you should still Individuals make New Year's resolutions because the concept of making a New Year's resolution has been around for hundreds of years. Is it possible that the term "New Year's resolution" might be replaced by the phrase "New Year's aims" if the term is no longer used? People are drawn to the beginning of the year because it marks a definite moment in time if you will, where they may begin their journey. As many who have previously answered have pointed out, it provides an opportunity for a "clean slate," "new start," and other such phrases to be used. A New Year's resolve, on the other hand, has exactly the same issues as goals. A brief Internet search on the topic of setting goals will reveal that there are a plethora of diverse viewpoints on what they should be, how to attain them, and other related topics. In the face of uncertainty, there is no one best way to assure success in a goal; in fact, if someone were to discover such one best approach, he or she would almost certainly become the richest person on the planet. When it comes to defining and completing objectives, there are a plethora of techniques that appear to have identical possibilities of success or failure. Setting objectives and failing to achieve them both have an identical probability of success or failure. It goes without saying that failing to set goals does not imply that you will fail. Some people find that making New Year's resolutions is a good idea and that it works for them. However, it is apparent that they are not excellent and do not work for everyone. Advocates for creating objectives and making New Year's resolutions, on the other hand, are highly vocal. A brief Internet search will reveal that the need to define goals is being promoted on a daily basis across a wide range of media outlets. Moreover, it is obvious that there is no widely accepted alternative to declaring goals or making commitments. There is little assistance available to those who find setting goals and making resolutions difficult. Consequently, such persons may believe that something is wrong with them and continue to strive for their objectives, as it is quite difficult to ignore a large amount of goal-setting promotion that is available. This is just one point of view, and as evidenced by the answers so far, there are many others. The final decision on whether or not making New Year's resolutions is worthwhile for an individual rests with the individual in question. Despite the fact that some individuals will agree with you, there is one certainty about making this decision: some of you will agree and some of you will disagree. **TAKEAWAYS**: Admit it. It can happen to anyone. No matter how good you are or how hard you work, vulnerability exists. Life does grant second chances, but not in the way we expect. Our mistakes may not be totally erased, but the richness of life allows us to start over at any time. Making new year resolutions is fine, but if you've been waiting for a long time to start on January 1st, you might as well plan your next perfect date.

Why does Anime give different vibes and how to start it? Starting with recommendations on which anime series you should start with, ask your friends or the person who originally introduced you to anime for advice. Majority likely, he'll respond in some way to Naruto ( most of the anime fans start anime with this masterpiece) ( most of the anime watchers start anime from this masterpiece) You may watch Attack on Titan, which is yet another amazing anime, on a website like as Zoro.to if you go to one of their affiliate sites. If you want to watch Attack on Titan, you can do it by visiting a website such as Zoro.to (which is a great site for newbies because it has no commercials at all while saving your data, such as what you were viewing and what you had already viewed). Alternatively, gogoanime.pe is a viable alternative (remove the space while copying the site) You will avoid becoming bored while watching the same anime by engaging in other ongoing or short episode series as a side task while watching these animes (although it is extremely rare, I know some people who give up watching an anime because they find it boring at some point, so if you are one of those people, this method is for you!) If you're looking for recommendations on what anime series to watch right now, head over to Anime Recommendations, Reviews, Manga, and More. The fact that you can update what you're presently seeing and what you wish to watch for later makes it pretty handy to form an account here, and this is true for both manga and anime! What does it matter? The world was never real in the first place, and it never will be. Life is a simulation, it is a deception! Hello and welcome to the Wired. I will recommend 3 best anime. Okay let's start with my favorite one, **One Piece** For something to be universally admired by people, it has to have something. One Piece brings along a charm with it, dreams of people, badass protagonists and antagonists, moments filled with emotion be it joy or sorrow. Next, **Hunter X Hunter** Why Hunter x hunter? I try not to spoil the show by answering this. Before Hxh, I was only a casual anime watcher (Dragon Ball and Deathnote). When I was bored throughout the summer, my pals suggested I watch Hunter X Hunter. I considered trying it. I started watching Hxh and finished it in one day. It got addictive. I liked the idea of a hunter exam and a quest to discover his father. Until the Phantom Troupe arc. Then came the show's “Chimera Ant” arc narrative. Initially, I hated this arc. I rejected the idea of ants having human traits. But I soon realized what the narrator was trying to convey. The animation got darker as the episodes went on. Then comes a combat scenario that will alter your entire outlook. You wouldn't know who the protagonist or adversary is. This arc is nicely written and will freshen your outlook on life. The soundtrack and quotes are amazing. It's easy to see why this is the best anime storyline ever. Let me share some anime quotes. Next, **DeathNote** If you are a fan of thrillers and love detective movies, series; you will surely love it. I believe you have realized my point. Anime is cool, or at least I think it is, because of how unique it can be when it is at its best, which I believe is why it is so popular. Some anime (e.g., Hourou Musuko) have something meaningful to say about real-world concerns, while others (e.g., Dragon Ball Z) are just about meaningless combat (e.g. Naruto). A lovely coming-of-age story can be told through deep characterization in anime (for example, K-ON! ), yet there are anime that don't have detailed characterization and instead rely on "pretty girls" as their primary selling point (for example, Pan de Peace!). Not every anime is good, in fact, I can think of a number of examples of bad anime, but when it is good, it is truly good. Then you can sit back and relax as you watch anime! Thank you for receiving my heartfelt greetings in this beautiful world. I appreciate you accepting them.

Why celebrating is a must There are many various ways to celebrate, whether it's **New Year's Eve**, **Valentine's Day**, or any **other holiday**. Whether or not one chooses to celebrate it is entirely up to each individual. According to one theory, most of us spend our days sleeping, waking up, and going with the flow of our boring lives. A student prepares his or her belongings according to the schedule provided by the school for that particular day. Corporate employees prepare their presentations by researching and writing about the topic matter beforehand. Housewives and doctors alike prepare for tomorrow by stocking their kitchens with the supplies they'll need to feed their families. Every time, it's the same old thing. Boredom is the enemy. We, on the other hand, are scavengers. The nice thing here is that sometimes we do get lucky when we search deep inside our hearts for some magic that may release us from this routine. We are creatures of **hope**. Every day, we establish objectives for ourselves just to fall short of them many times. There are some people who are capable of accomplishing their goals without the aid of external inspiration, but not everyone is. When we're down and out, we often feel exhausted and drained, yet these little joys fill us back up and restore our energy. When all else fails to keep us going, these human-created imaginations are what keep us going. As of now. Everything is about to change. Big promises are made by us. When was life a sprint instead of a 90 percent failure rate? Throughout our lives, we've had to walk a long distance, and these modest joys, small celebrations have kept us going. When we realize that the marathon we are running is not the real one, but one that is far more difficult, we need these reminders that we can finish the race, that along the way we may see Santa in disguise and believe that he will grant our wishes, or that we ourselves may take on the role of Santa to grant the wishes of others, and that when we hold hands and laugh, the miles become easier to cross. These events are nothing more than a series of gimmicks. That's because, without our knowledge, some of our closest friends and family members have drifted apart as we've traveled through life, and they've helped us all come together at the same place today. There are times when you see your loved ones and realize that you haven't been away for long, so you open a cold beer or boil a cup of coffee, sit down with your family, and enjoy the moment. As travelers of the **spirit**, we are constantly on the move, seeking to discover and pursue our unique callings and missions. Even so, when we're feeling spent or exhausted, it's good to take a break, regroup, and get back up and running. Although we may not succeed every time, we must keep trying, keep moving, get lost and find our way back home, and start over every year, every day, every time with the hope that tomorrow or next year or day after day after day after year we will finally get there . Because we haven't been good to one another, we require a new source of hope and faith in the form of Santa Claus. If you haven't been there for your friends the other days of friendships day, valentines day, or parents day, you haven't been there for those people who constantly insult you. While it may have been forgotten in the past, even if we do so today, we can still benefit from the realization. It's always better to do something once rather than never at all. To be acknowledged and appreciated is a source of strength, and to be loved in return is a source of courage. But most of the time we merely relish these brief moments. Because we are flawed beings who make mistakes, we have been hesitant for a long time. Occasionally, we require a justification for engaging in harmful behavior toward a friend or paying respect to one's parents in order to begin again. Are fantasy dramas really necessary, in your opinion? As a matter of fact, they claim we can kill dragons. Dragons don't exist in the actual world, and we may never have to face them, but what matters most is that they give us hope and cause us to believe in a Hero. It encourages you to be a hero, too. Our irrational thoughts are just as common as those depicted in popular culture. People we have great hopes for are just like Santa Claus. Although it may sound stupid, every Christmas we must wait for a Santa Claus or better yet, we must be one to someone else, because this absurdity is what makes our lives wonderful. When someone looks into your eyes with such sincerity and conviction that we can accomplish anything, that's when passion develops. We recognize there's a mountain ahead, but for the first time, we have faith that it can be overcome. We need Christmas and New Year's Eve. Toys for everyone! We require a spark of hope. We need to have faith in magic above all else. **TAKEAWAYS:** When we mark a momentous occasion, we act as a kind of mental "bookmark," which helps us recall it in the future. We may use the photos, movies, and other events from those times to relive those wonderful memories in the future.

Abel Iloco Filipinos live in an industrial world that values speed and efficiency and is predisposed towards convenience and mass market goods. They believe that there's a great deal of good that comes with modernization but also, that there exists a delicate balance that needs to be maintained. They believe that there is value in maintaining their ties to the past and that there is space in the contemporary world for something artisanal and lovingly made by hand. Aside from this remarkable sociological trait of the Philippines, she is well-endowed with provinces which are not only enigmatically beautiful and splendid; but also culturally enriched. Abel Iloco; the wealth of her culture, heritage and her sweet history is not easy to express in words. It is priceless; better than gold and any richness of this world. The complexity of her identity can make a person-of-few-words to be lost for words. It’s quite difficult to expound the word “heritage” with an aesthetic definition. Most would relate heritage as a treasure which means to say it’s precious. A heritage from the past that has been the future of today. The Abel Iloco Products, pride and fortune of Ilocos Region has become an identifying mark of the proud Ilocanos.  The *inabel* fabric is a handwoven textile that is intimately connected to the people who create them. The tradition of weaving is passed down from one generation to another along with the stories that emerge from the fabric's patterns. The fabric itself is an expression of the culture, identity and history of the ancient Filipinos, often depicting the harvest cycle and symbols of prosperity. The fabric is present in all the key moments of a person's life, often presented as a gift during birth, a marriage, and death. (Manzano, 2014) The handwoven textile *“inabel”* or more popularly known to many as “Abel Iloco” is the Ilocano term that refers to the process of weaving. Weaving has always been done as a collective craft, normally at home with family or neighbors. It is clearly an evident that Abel Iloco has made an impact on the people of Philippines and how these product are made in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. Off the southern part of Vigan City lies the town of Caoayan. Here, it is witnessed how locals turn colorful strands of cloth into something beautiful. Painstakingly, they weave these by hand, turning simple yarns into something intricately beautiful; to an Abel, Ilocos Province’s traditional craft of woven product. (Edu, 2010) The use of the handlooms and other weaving accessories can be traced from early Spanish occupation. This equipment was used in homes to weave Abel cloth for blankets, pillow cases and clothes. At present, Caoayan is the home of table linens, kitchen towels, and fabric made from Abel Iloco. However, only a few number of weavers have maintained this age-old weaving industry brought about by tourism and technology driven industries but the demand for Abel Iloco products continue to rise. (Agustin, 2016) Jacobo (2008) assures loom weaving is not unique in the Ilocos Region, but what separates it from the rest of the country is the nature of material and the variety of techniques they use in producing it. Because of the said facts, the Municipality of Caoayan has been known as the “Home of the Abel Iloco”.

Why do Indian's love to study in Philippines? English is one of the most commonly spoken languages on the earth. Many Indians attend the University of Northern Philippines to study BS Community Health Management as a pre-medical degree and BS Medical Courses. It was difficult for them to overcome the differences between India and the Philippines, but how did they adapt? What do Filipinos and Indians have in common and what do they have in common? What are the challenges of communication, and how did Indians overcome them? Globalization has a different impact on mother-tongue education in different countries. The benefits of indigenous cultures and mother tongues have become more widely recognized as a result of globalization. It has also posed obstacles, such as the English language's position. Vidhi Jani, a Filipino lookalike and second-year UNP medicine student from Rajkot, Gujarat, India, is one of numerous Indian dreamers pursuing their studies in the Philippines. According to Vidhi, the reason why Indians choose UNP is that it is less expensive in terms of tuition costs than any other schools in India, and UNP quality education creates doctors who excel in board exams. "While Filipinos are warm, courteous, and welcoming, some do not like us Indians." Indians dislike the scent of bagoong, and Filipinos hate the smell of hot curry coming from Indians. Punjabi chicken curry, samosa, bhel puri, paratha, and paneer are examples of Indian cuisine that taste like talong na poqui poqui. Jani enjoyed dirty ice cream on the streets, and calle crisologo and plaza are two of her favorite locations to unwind when she misses her family. She also enjoyed fiestas and trade shows. Kindness and hospitality are two things that Indians and Filipinos have in common. We were in a foreign environment, with distinct meals, clothing, culture, and language. India has three climate seasons, while the Philippines only has two. Jani's most terrifying experience was when she was caught in a hurricane. "In a globalized world, Indians are rapidly losing touch with the charm and beauty of regional languages and dialects," according to one Indian website. For decades, urban Indians have pressured their children to learn English in order to get entrance to prestigious educational institutions and advance their professional careers. Furthermore, India's rural population is increasingly following suit." Language hurdles were the source of her communication problems in the Philippines. There are native language speakers, such as Ilocanos and Tagalog, who find it difficult to understand and converse. Jani learned the tagalog word " Magandang Umaga" for the first time. Through the channel of English, she was able to overcome the problems of the obstacles. English is a language that truly unites the world.

When I was a young boy;Chess There is no better hobby for me than playing chess in my free time. It not only keeps me active, but it also entertains me, offers a different vibe, and allows me to express myself intellectually. It has never been an addiction with me, though. It is the most perfect for my interests, preferences, and abilities. My father introduced me to the game when I was only eight years old. My father was an excellent chess player who would play with a friend and my uncles on Sundays and other holidays in the afternoon. It was wonderful to watch them become so interested in it that they forgot about everything else. Their jam sessions would occasionally last until the early hours of the morning. They would sometimes continue their game in flashlight if there was a blackout or load shedding. Chess promotes ***logical reasoning***. Chess involves some knowledge of rational strategy. You'll know, for example, that bringing your pieces out into the game at the start is critical in order to keep your king safe at all times. Chess encourages ***creativity and inventiveness***. It inspires you to think outside the box. Chess encourages ***self-discipline***. ABM Student Tips READ ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF AN ABM STUDENT Apart from being attractive and attractive, you should know and possess them as an ABM student. 1. A **journal** is a book that contains original entries. This will come in handy when studying FABM1 and 2. You'll start by keeping track of your company transactions here. 2. **Ledger**—this is the book in which all of the final entries are made. You'll see a summary of each account's transactions here. There are four columns: a general ledger, a three-column running balance, and a four-column debit and credit balance. Simply inquire as to what ma'am and sir want you to use. 3. **Worksheet**—the large yellow piece of paper. The number of columns might vary, but the most common number is ten. Accountants use this technology to make it easier to prepare financial statements and guarantee that data is correct for the next accounting cycle. 4. **Friction pen** - deleting is not permitted in accounting, but when it is stated that you obeyed and purchased a friction pen, fixed the law of your writing, and submitted, you may remove it. 5. **Calculator**—obviously, this is a must-have! This is necessary if you want you to answer consistently. A scientific calculator is not required for accounting studies as long as you can add, subtract, multiply, and divide. 6. **Ruler**-due to the duration of the transactions, you may become dizzy and your vision may become fuzzy. To avoid becoming disoriented while entering figures on working papers, you can use a ruler! 7. **Yellow paper**—according to the study, this is the most requested item across all strands, not just ABM. Don't be afraid to buy because there is a high demand for this paper; rather than giving it away, sell it to your peers who have the #5 quiz but no paper. 8. **Katinko / Vicks or Omega**-You'll need this to maintain a healthy blood and oxygen supply when dealing with accounting, conducting research, and developing a company plan. 9. **Planner**-you don't need a Starbucks planner; even if it's just your calendar at home, there's plenty of room to write down the chores, notes, and reminders you need to keep track of. This will assist you in managing your time and energy. 10. **Coffee, coffee, and more coffee** - any type of coffee that can lift your spirits. Oh my goodness, hahahahah. There's a lot more to it than that. To achieve, you'll need your patience, hard work, and perseverance, as well as your confidence in **God**. Trust yourself and always be prepared. Lastly, maybe you could sponsor me with some pens and yellow paper :(. I answered a lot of activities today, maybe you could. hahah.

MES Moon..., Earth..., Sun..., The Moon is 1/400th the size of the Sun but also 1/400th the distance from Earth which results in the moon and the sun being the same size in the sky, a coincidence not shared by any other known Planet-Moon Combination. While many individuals understand the moon to be somewhat lovely, it is not quite as lovely as it appears. It's empty of plants and animals, and it's not a good location for them to live. As a result, there is no sign of life on the moon. Humans will not be able to survive on the moon, either. The moon, unlike our planet, does not have an atmosphere. As a result, the lunar days are hot and the lunar nights are cold. Similarly, it may appear beautiful from the ground, yet it has a gloomy appearance. In other words, the moon is littered with craters and rocks. In fact, you can see dark areas on the moon even if you look at it with your naked eye. These are deadly craters and rocks. Furthermore, the moon's gravitational pull is weaker than that of the planet Earth. As a result, walking on the moon's surface will be challenging. The sun is a vital component of both human life and the solar system. It provides us with solar energy on Earth. Solar energy is a renewable energy source that may be used to generate electricity using solar cells. The sun's energy is beneficial to crop growth. Furthermore, the crops rely on the sun to develop and produce nourishment. Furthermore, the sun's radiation warms our planet Earth. Our earth would have been a cold world incapable of supporting life if there had been no sun. The water cycle is also made possible by the sun's energy. To put it another way, as precipitation evaporates on the surface, it generates clouds, which causes it to rain. Finally, we may use the sun's energy at home to perform tasks such as drying our food and clothes. As a result, the sun offers us with various advantages that make life on Earth easier. The solar system would not be complete without the sun. It is what has allowed life to flourish on this planet. As a result, it supplies us with numerous advantages for which we must be grateful. However, it is also vital to remember not to overindulge in the sun, as this might have negative consequences. Earth is the only planet capable of supporting life. There is no planet B to which we can travel. This heightens the urgency of saving the planet and our life. We shall lose the possibility to see our future generations develop if we do not take strong action now. Everyone must band together for the same causes, because we are first and foremost inhabitants of this planet. **Lastly**, I want to remind you my reader's, today, the earth is in danger caused by pollution and a variety of other issues. We must realise the importance of nature and the environment, as well as conserve the planet's natural resources. Reduce pollution and conserve the greenery of the world by not cutting down trees. All we have to do now is keep planting trees. This is our motherland, which solely gives to us and takes nothing away. As a result, it is our duty to save and protect our homeland.

Failure comes first before Success SUCCESS AND FAILURE are both tightropes to survive, one must dare to balance as well as a brace for stumbles. In school, something similar to a ladder of achievers exists, and I've never liked the idea of the highest or lowest step. They were never thanked for what they had accomplished; instead, they were given a certificate and an inaudible round of applause. However, if we take a closer look, we can see that they are praised more for their grades. They'll be given a label that will subsequently characterize them. The genuine meaning of being an honor student has been obliterated. There's a lot to prove, and the rooms where it's being done have gotten quite complicated. This isn't meant to romanticize their status. As part of a student's metamorphosis, all pupils go through a succession of inconceivable hardships. Being an honor student, however, entails more responsibilities, obstacles, and pressure. If we look at it closely, the term honor has progressively lost its meaning as it has become a means of proving one's intelligence in school—and most students are under a great deal of pressure to succeed while attempting to establish that they belong on the class's top list. The classroom had devolved into a battleground of who could obtain the greatest grade, who could talk the most, who could write the best, who could perform effectively, and who could submit the work first. Is there, however, a guarantee that these types of achievements constitute a valid measure of one's award? Is it enough to win accolades to prove one's worth? Students do it anyhow, adhering to this reasoning since their academic success benefits not only them but also their professors and parents. Then there's a terrible reality: when you're an honor student, there's no room for failure. They were the talk of the town as they slid a little below the ladder. They were frequently interrogated as if they owed everyone an explanation for their failure—as if they had already failed. It's strange that kids are unconsciously attempting to impress everyone, and they should preserve that impression in order to avoid feeling as if they haven't given their all, even if they have. Students have the good fortune of having their efforts rewarded through this type of grading system. But, as one of them, fighting in this useless conflict where we are evaluated rather than applauded becomes exhausting. Don't get me wrong, but now that I think about it, it would be far better to learn in a classroom where one is motivated by a desire to succeed. All students face several hurdles, but it is important to remember that the fundamental aim of studying is to learn. Having this kind of affirmation may be beneficial, but one must strive harder and have a real love for education because these are the foundations of who one will become in the future. Success or failure in school should not be used to evaluate one's achievements. It should be instilled in the students' minds that they must strive not only for a round of applause, certificates, and medals but also for their own personal growth. Though we disagree that the honor roll list is a powerful motivator, students should put more effort into the process of viewing education as a source of not only knowledge but also experiences that can broaden one's perspective on the world. This would elevate both success and failure—when one has truly learned.

Aftermath of Loving The gravity is pulling me down and I can't help but fall. I was falling like a skydiver the wind was rushing against my face whispering in my ear It is love when it is inevitable It makes you weak rather than invincible It is true when it makes you smile when there is an eccentric feeling for a while Love, it is, when you don't know what they mean Love, it is, you have felt rather than been seen and that is my world then until such time... You're going to get hurt if you don't stop. but I didn't listen.

Literature I wrote today FA/SHA-me I'm not renowned because of the multitude, but I'm not arrogant because of it. One of my friends turned treacherous. Then I started looking for the necessary clues. Where hatred seeks emotion in the valley of passion   To the heart of my gloomy circumstance To make a contradiction fade away, use phrases that are in opposition to each other. Beyond my view, the sun shines brightly. This is what motivates me to get through each day, encountering each ray of the sun. Someday, I hope to realize such a dream.   Lifting a disaster that has a clasp. The lore is transparent, with open arms waiting to be grasped. Taking the proper perspective from the past It is necessary to wash away a striking disadvantage. The seed of the mind grows unrestrictedly. For a conversational approach that isn't consistent Putting thyself out there in a simple way Dress in a way that makes you feel good.   Standing on the floor in a middle position As if I were the poorest of the poor, he stared at me. Assuming that it will never receive the greatest score and anticipating low values inside a core. Someday, I'll be able to display no shame. Crossing the rainbow with a globally recognized name is not my goal, and I have no desire for fame. I'm not renowned because of the multitude, but I'm not arrogant because of it. My friend welcomes me, therefore that's a given. Then I started looking for hints, but there were none. Dust I can hear rainfall on the roof. I saw the blackness looming as the lightning struck. It's midnight, still I keep on musing I can't sleep thinking of you I closed my eyes for a while and I got a clue I guess I'm missing you so much But all I got to do is to watch Memories of the past have faded, so why do I keep going back to it now that it's over? Some people find happiness difficult to attain. Is it really so difficult to move on? Those arguments that made us stronger Those crazy times we spent together are now all forgotten. Long distances disappear like dust. us Then I started looking for hints, but there were none.

Leader “Youth leaders need not be young." Election is coming to town: As pandemic swollen in our country and slowly getting low risk, the election is approaching as the supporters of different groups arises. A major point of debate is the age range of SK participants. Currently, Filipinos aged 15 to 17 years old from the SK (Sangguniang Kabataan) electorate. It was the same age bracket for KB (Kabataang Barangay)-an organization in which the youth was recognized for the zeal and of their capacity in nation building.  “You do not have to be young to be a youth leader,” said Senator Marcos. Too young to handle funds. Age is related to another major issue about the SK: handling money. Paul Daniel Belmonte, SK National Federation (SKNF) vice president for Luzon, expressed concerns that 15-to-17-year-olds are seen to be very young, and not yet in legal age to enter into contracts, but then-Senate Bill68, authored by Senator JV Ejercito who was present at the hearing, seeks to change the age range to 18 to 24 years old. Meanwhile, Senator Bam Aquino IV's SB 1090 wants it to be 15 to 24 years old, the same as the United Nation's definition of youth. Commission on Elections (Comelec) Chairman Sixto Brillantes Ir has earlier proposed an 18-30 age bracket. Republic Act No.8044, which created the National Youth Commission (NYC) in 1994, even widens the youth age range to 15-30. “Since SK leaders have a vote on matters that could involve huge amounts of public funds, they are vulnerable to the influence of corrupt politicians or unscrupulous contractors," said Senator Marcos. The Local Government Code mandates that 10% of a barangay's internal revenue allotment (IRA) be allotted to the SK Fund. This amounts to a total of about P6.1 billion for youth councils in over 42,000 barangays nationwide. Senator Marcos reiterated that the SK Fund should be used for solving youth-related issues, like teenage pregnancy, drug abuse, and bullying. However, SK representatives in the hearing revealed that barangay officials block the release of these funds to them. Governor Marcos suggested that the 10% be automatically given solely to the SK, sanctioning barangays that would not comply. As for the points given, it will certainly and depend on the personal capabilities of each SK member. It is not that it is to disregard others for the opportunity to serve the community, but it is a high risk that people are to put young people that are not that qualified in terms of political and of course moral aspects when it comes to Community living. Nevertheless, considering the points, we can say that each of the people is unique and has 100% different from others, so it is best to accept what others may offer in the service of the community, but also to regard the setting he is to settle himself in. As well said, “Youth leaders need not be young.”·
