How are you guys? Hope you are doing well during this pandemic.

Peace is something we all desire. You desire tranquillity, but your mind is unsettled, and hence you lack mental tranquillity. If you lose your temper, it's normal that you'll have an argument with your spouse or partner first. You proceed to rant at your neighbor as the situation escalates. You scream at your employer as the situation worsens. Everyone knows you need medical help the day you yell at your boss. Yelling at your husband, wife, or neighbor may be regarded as natural, as it is done by everyone.

You have now reached the point where you must consult a physician. He places a tablet in your hand. Once the tablet is absorbed into your system, you experience a brief period of tranquillity—if only for a few hours. When a chemical is injected into the system, agitation subsides and a sense of tranquillity returns. Thus, serenity is a chemical reaction occurring within the human body. Likewise, each emotion has its own unique chemistry. Whatever the sensation, it will be matched by a chemical mechanism within the body. We have calm chemistry within us if we are tranquil. Alternatively, if we can cultivate that type of chemistry within us, tranquility will naturally follow. Both approaches are acceptable in yoga.

With the proper practices, we may alter our internal chemistry and raise it to a certain level, ensuring that we will always be at peace regardless of the situation. Currently, your tranquillity is a slave to external circumstances. You can maintain your peace if the situation is favorable to you. There is a problem if the situation is not acceptable to you; only when your serenity is not dependent on external circumstances and your inner self remains unchanged regardless of external circumstances can we call it yoga. In other words, yoga is the science of establishing proper chemistry.

If your chemistry is correct, being tranquil and joyous is the only way forward; there is no other way. Being serene and joyous is not the goal of life; it is the means to an end. If you are not even peaceful, if you are consumed with mental garbage, you have not yet begun to live. The most basic prerequisite is to be peaceful or pleased. Even if you intend to savor your breakfast or dinner, you must maintain a state of tranquillity. Can you enjoy your dinner if you are agitated? Not at all. The very first step is to be peaceful. However, individuals today propagate the notion that the highest dimension of existence is mental tranquillity.

Regrettably, because the majority of the world's population has not reached this point, there are those who propagate it as if it were the pinnacle of existence. It's tragic that so-called spiritual leaders are preaching to the masses that peace is the ultimate goal. The most basic requirement is to be tranquil. This is neither the path to enlightenment nor a relationship with God. This is life's "A," not its "Z." This is the start.

Yes that's all I want i. Life peace which allow you to meditate your own self. Peace to argument, religion but I think its impossible to think that all region will stop there argumenting each other and respect . Though despite of that we must be respectful that people gives also respect to you
