DECÁLOGO: LOS CANALES, NOISE Y LAS RECOMPENSAS (ESP) DECALOGUE: CHANNELS, NOISE & TIPS (ENG) #Noesmitrabajo #Thisisnotmyjob 1) Los canales no tienen nada que ver con la administración de Noise ni con la NoiseCashFund. 2) Los canales no dan tips. Las donaciones vía QR las entregan los usuarios/as particulares. Todas las demás, la mayoría, las entrega NoiseCashFund. 3) Que un canal rechace tu post no quiere decir que se te retiren los tips. Repito: los canales no tienen nada que ver con eso. 4) Que un canal no acepte tu contenido, no significa que no sea válido. Puedes publicarlo en otro canal, en un chamber o en tu perfil. Incluso puedes montar tu propio canal. 5) Los moderadores de los canales tampoco tienen nada que ver con Noise ni con que recibas tips. Solo somos personas como tú que hacemos esto por puro gusto. No tenemos ningún privilegio ni nadie nos paga por hacerlo. Como repetidamente se ha señalado, esto no es un trabajo. No lo es para ti, pero tampoco para los moderadores de un canal. Piensa en ello antes de enrabietarte. 6) Si no recibes tips de NoiseCashFund ni de usuarios particulares, tal vez tenga que ver con lo que publicas, no con los canales y sus miembros. 7) Los canales no tenemos “fórmulas mágicas” para solucionar tu situación. Deberías seguir la cuenta oficial de noise.cash (https://noise.cash/u/noise.cash). Hay mucha información que puede orientarte. No podemos leerla por ti. 8) Los canales somos grupos de personas como tú que queremos leer ciertos tipos de contenidos en un idioma (y no otros contenidos ni en otro idioma). No puedes imponer tu contenido en un canal, cuando sus suscriptores ya han dicho que no quieren leer ese tipo de material. Antes de enfadarte, piensa: ¿aceptaría una revista de moda en inglés un artículo sobre carreras de coches en español o viceversa? 9) Busca el canal óptimo para tu contenido. Si no existe ¿por qué no creas uno? 10) Una vez más y para que quede claro: los canales no tenemos que ver con la administración de Noise, no otorgamos ni retiramos tips, no tenemos privilegios, moderar no es nuestro trabajo y no tenemos fórmulas mágicas ni más información que lo que publica la cuenta oficial de Noise (deberías seguirla en https://noise.cash/u/noise.cash). Mantengamos Noise como un espacio agradable. It means that it is not a job for the channels moderators either. Think about it before you start flame-posting or name-calling. 6) If you don't receive tips from the NoiseCashFund or from individual users, it may have to do with what you publish, not with the channels and their members. 7) Channels have no "technical tricks nor magical spells" to solve your situation. You should follow and read the official noise.cash account (https://noise.cash/u/noise.cash). There is a lot of information that can guide you. We can’t read it for you, if you don’t want to do it. 8) Channels are groups of people like you who want to read certain types of contents in a certain language (and not other contents in another language). You can't impose your content on a channel when its subscribers have already said they don't want to read that kind of material. Before you get angry, think about it: would a fashion magazine in English accept an article about car racing in Spanish or vice versa? 9) Find a channel where your content fits. If it doesn't exist, why dont you create one? 10) Once again and to be clear: channels have nothing to do with the administration of Noise, channels do not give or remove tips, channel admins and moderators have no privileges, managing the channel is not our job, we do it for free because we want/like it and we have no more information beyond what the official Noise account publishes (you should follow it https://noise.cash/u/noise.cash).
