(ENG) From time to time… #noise.cash #rules #channels From time to time… it's needed to clarify some things to people who have recently arrived without having been told anything about this platform except “come in and make money by registering from this link”. It is a bit boring to see people complaining that a channel has not accepted their post… without having read the channel rules, of course. Just for example, in our channel we don't like 'self-help and mindfulness' posts without any scientific basis to support them. Basically, because we take mental health very seriously, and we do not like that anyone can go advising other people how to act in overwhelming situations and without any knowledge of how to face them. We also do not like posts full of emojis, because we have blind subscribers who use screen readers that do not interpret those icons. All this appears in the rules that you can read before sending your post. But you know what? They are not OUR rules (the moderators' or the administration's rules). They are the rules that have been VOTED by the community and APPROVED by our subscribers. Don't like those rules? Propose a change and submit it to the community for evaluation, as we have always done in our channel. You know, little inconveniences of being (probably) the only one channel with democratic governance of all noise.cash (I wish there were more). By the way, moderators or administrators are not 'OWNERS' of the channel. We are moderators and administrators. And if anything, creators of the channel. But not its owners. We don't pay for the servers where the posts and photos are hosted, nor the electricity they consume, for instance. So, from this point of view, the channel is not our property but property of noise.cash. We are only MANAGERS of the channel and, at most, intellectual owners of what we write (that's why we don't like when a content is stolen). Nothing less, nothing more. For those who spread hoaxes, lies, and things that only serve to confuse people I leave a link with some clarifications. I don't want to rewrite it every couple of months and committing self-plagiarism (yes friends, even if a content is of your creation, if you publish it again and again from channel to channel, you are committing (self)plagiarism, and we don't like that either). Please, read this old Decalogue. I guess we will have to refer to it from time to time to clarify some 'doubts'. You don't have to like it, just read it (please, do read it). Greetings @Loucy (ESP) Cada cierto tiempo… #noise.cash #normas #canales Cada cierto tiempo toca aclarar algunas cosas a la gente que ha llegado recientemente sin que le hayan dicho nada sobre esta plataforma salvo “entra y gana dinero registrándote desde este enlace”. Resulta un poco aburrido ya ver a gente quejándose por los rincones sobre que un canal no ha aceptado su post, 'brillante y lleno de talento'... sin haberse leído las normas del canal, claro. Por ejemplo, en nuestro canal no nos gustan los posts de autoayuda y mindfulness sin ninguna base científica que los sustente. Básicamente porque nos tomamos la salud mental muy en serio y no nos gusta que cualquiera pueda ir aconsejando a otras personas cómo actuar ante situaciones que nos superan, sin tener el más mínimo conocimiento. Tampoco nos gustan los post llenos de emojis, porque tenemos suscriptores invidentes que usan lectores de pantalla que no interpretan esos iconos. Todo esto aparece en nuestras normas que pueden leer antes de enviar su post. ¿Pero saben qué? No son NUESTRAS normas, las de los moderadores o de la administración. Son las normas que han sido sacadas a VOTACIÓN de la comunidad y VALIDADAS por nuestros/as suscriptores/as. ¿No te gustan nuestras normas? Propón un cambio y somételo a valoración de la comunidad, como siempre hemos hecho en nuestro canal. Son esos defectillos de ser, probablemente, el único canal de gobernanza democrática de todo noise.cash (ojalá hubiese más). De paso, los moderadores o administradores no somos ‘dueños’ del canal. Somos moderadores y administradores. Y si acaso creadores del canal. Pero no sus dueños. No pagamos los servidores donde se alojan los post y las fotos ni la electricidad que consumen, por ejemplo. Así que, desde este punto de vista, el canal no es de nuestra propiedad sino de noise.cash. Solo somos gestores del canal y como mucho propietarios intelectuales de lo que escribimos (por eso tampoco nos gusta que se roben contenidos). Nada más. Nada menos. Y para aquellos que divulgan bulos, mentiras y medias verdades manipuladas que solo sirven para confundir a la gente, les dejo un link con algunas aclaraciones, porque no me apetece volver a escribirlo cada par de meses y cometer autoplagio (sí amigos/as, aunque un contenido sea de su creación, si lo van publicando una y otra vez de canal en canal, están cometiendo (auto)plagio, y eso tampoco nos gusta).
