Leadership’s efficiency and effectivity

In leadership, there are concept of effectiveness and efficiency. Leading with the goal to produce the intended or effective results is an effective leadership. For example, the teacher and a student relationship; because of the teacher's effective way of teaching it enables the students to get better grades as expected. While, the other form of leadership is the efficient leadership which is performing leadership with the best results in the least about of time or effort.
