I would also like to write about the tenant.We bought the house 4 years ago and we have been remodeling it for 3 years now, although it is still not what I would like it to be, but maybe it will be. It's a lot of work and no matter how many times I start something some problem comes up. The house is a 61 build so it has had a lot of things done to it. I added a small section to it to make it bigger. I took out walls. It's been a hard 3 years but I'm getting the house I wanted

You are very clever, Ernő! You have renovated the house nicely! I also bought a house built in the 80s in the countryside, the renovation took 2 years, and I had to replace almost everything. But I am very happy that I have a house, it was my life's desire. I wish you much happiness!
