This shade was erected by the Municipal Government of Bacnotan to give visiting surfers a place to hang out and coordinate with local surfers. For those who do not have surfboards or want to learn surfing, just drop by to the place so your needs will be addressed. Shown in the background is the view of the two highest elevation of the mountain where I climb regularly.
