Good day Fam! How are you guys? Hoping that all of you are okay be productive everyday:) Well I'm not in the mood to write right now but I'll try my best to finish this Article even I feel tired because a lot of School activity that I need to finish first It's because 4th quater coming so our Teacher always reminding us about.

In time of our Hopeless and Sadness we want to be alone to think and relax our mind, So I give you little tips about it.

How do you feel today?

Let's talk about "Stress management"

  • I feel stress when I answering my School activity

  • I feel stress when i had a problem

  • When I feel stress I worry all the time

  • When I feel stress, I have difficulty sleeping as always

  • Sometimes When I feel stress, I have no Concentrating

  • I have no appetite sometimes

  • I'd rather to be alone when I feel stress

  • Sometimes I have someone to talk about my private feelings

  • As always I have faith in a greater power of being (God)

I know some of you feels it about, and I know you can manage/handle it through your knowing in a good way.

So here the some solution how to manage our stress, if you often find yourself tense amd on-edge, you must try this to reduce your stress everyday.

Solution!

  • Get enough sleep

  • Learn relaxation techniques

  • Strengthen your social networks or Scrolling on Tiktok

  • Hone your time management skills

  • Try to resolve stressful situations if you can

  • Nurture yourself

  • Playing your smile, one of my Favorite when I feel stress or alone

Even I'm not okay Everyday because a lot of problems I feel this few weeks, even sometimes I feel alone because my Family was far away from me so I need to be strong because no one will help me if not just my self. If you do it with a Soution I know everything will be alright just saying :)

So How can I be better?

Don't ask yourself, just do it what is right. Just like the others than after a moment I realized that why should I compared to myself with others If i can shine with my own, maybe it's not the good time but I promise to my self soon just like what other said if you want to be happy just do whatever you want and be yourself.

After thinking that I'm grateful that I'm still belong the bright side of my life.
