Am I correct in that you used a ND filter for this photo?

  Actually I didn't have to as it was a cloudy part of the day, I also wanted to have a wide depth of field, so ISO 100 and F/22 did the work ;) 2 seconds exposure time.

    Yes, for long-term exposure cloudy weather is a good ally :)
