Expectation builds on what is preferred or hoped for!
The hungry chicken seeing itself in the millet barn is its positional expectation! It can be evaluated in terms of positive or negative results!
Expectation and target are not the same! The goal is like following the path to reach the goal. Expectation, on the other hand, is rather an emotional desire to reach the goal.
Expectations can also be developed as goals! When the goal is, the expectation drops!
The expectation is based on current or probable! The target is already planned through the probable! The unlikely is not targeted, but the prospects need not be probable!
I will try to explain the issue with a simple example. It is asked of someone who can scarcely find his food; "What do you do when you're rich?". Reply; "I eat molasses!". Someone wealthier; "I travel the world!" may reply. Someone much wealthier may want to rule the Earth. It can even go up to the claim of "Man is God"!
Man is as much as his goal! The expectation develops on the target!
The target of those whose expectation is "molasses" is molasses! A new expectation and target is formed after molasses!
Expectations are formed about what is present or probable! That is, about eating, drinking and emotional-physiological satisfaction! The expectation to meet all tastes with unlimited food and drink has been determined based on current needs! That's how it is in general! The crazier ones develop after the satisfaction of the first stages! As it's possible...
The main source of the expectations created for the future is the "Past", that is, living the past more positively or more comfortably, and this is the goal. However, the expectation that is intended to be productive for the future should be independent of the constraints of the past! The expectation built on a more comfortable repetition of the past cannot be about a new situation!
Right now, we humans are struggling with this first. So we're looking for social warmth. And we always hope by keeping the hopes given by our optimism for the coming days.
In George Orwell's novel "Animal Farm", in anticipation of the "Honey Almond Land" in the sky for horses, there was sugar cubes and unlimited pulp and straw! A scenario created about the expectation of horses! The past needs of horses also form their expectations for the future!
