"Programs Are Meant to Uplift, Not Break Us" In a time when promises have multiplied and loyalty has diminished, I thought the doors I knocked on would open, and the hands extended to me would not be left hanging midway. Yet sadly, when I needed support and assistance in the Riyad Cash program, I found no one to stand by my side or lend me a helping hand. I blamed myself before blaming you. I said: perhaps I fell short, or perhaps my voice was not loud enough to be heard. But when I remembered the promises and the smiles that came before, I felt I was nothing more than a number on a list, or a neglected step along a long road. Reproach is not weakness; it is the language of sincerity. Yet this time, it comes from a heart heavy with disappointment. You were the hope we clung to, the door we believed would open the way to success—only to be shut in our faces with silence and indifference. I still believe that true giving does not need reminders, and that standing by others in their time of need is the truest measure of humanity. And perhaps I write these words not for myself alone, but for all those whose hopes have been dashed like mine, so that the message may be clear: Programs were created to support, not to burden the dreamers even more.
