This is some more scenery elements which I built around 1994. This one was built with the intent of creating fake jungle. I learned my lesson! Fake jungle is hard to do. The result is not too bad but really like I wanted. I have many more pieces of miniature foliage and also some new ideas to make this piece look more realistic. The tree was made with some metal wire to give strength and structure. Then I used layers of newspaper with flour and water and white glue to stick the paper around the wire. The foliage is made with painted paper! More on that in another post. #artwork #photography
