I suddenly remember my Mother because of Bangus (milk fish) I don't have time to cook earlier so I just bought paksiw at turo-turo. They served to me the head portion of bangus and I suddenly remember my Nanay while eating. She had that indication that bangus is already COOKED if the eyes (that white circle in bangus eyes) is already dettached. So I had always to wait , but me being an impatient one, would always Picked the bangus eyes🤣. Oh ,it was easy to do, I was the one cooking. Still i could hear here complained sometimes saying it's still "malansa". I would innocently answer " ambot ay, lantawa naglukso na mata ya" ( i dont know, see the eyes were already dettached). See? Naisahan ko si Nanay😁😁
