Good morning noisers! Weather was perfect last night to have a nice sleep as it was already cold. However, I didn't. Though I stopped using my phone early I was just lying on my bed , wide awake! My nose hurts, and my eyes were sore! I guess I overuse them🤣. I was thinking maybe I need to use my anti rad glasses again. I don't have a plan to give up reading🤣
