Dulunggan amo "wood ear" Anyone here who is familiar with this? We called this in our place "dulunggan amo" because it looks like an ear. This is one of my favorite though it's been years since the last time I ate this. Just stir fried with onions and garlic and charrann , you got a delicious menu.
