Since last year lockdown we had been working in skeletal schedule. Some of my workmates applied for a new job and others opt to have thier own small business or engage in online selling. Today, I had received the resignation letter of one performing member of my team😢😢. I felt sad cause she's we've working with for almost four years😢. Though I want to convince her to stay, I did not for the reason that I have nothing to offer. Somehow, I was happy for her since she got a job to government (dep ed). Pandemic really affect more businesses 😢.
