Cold weather triggers my allergies Christmas is really approaching as I could feel the cold breeze which makes me want to stay on my bed more. I wasn't able to sleep well last night as the weather triggers my allergies. It's hard to breath with a clogger nose and I even keep on sneezing. My officemates are teasing me that I might catched again some viruses. My voice sounds "ngongo" too. The sudden change of weather or too much cold is not really good for an asthamtic and had an allergic rhinitis like me😂 Who can relate?

Good morning sis, yesterday I'm like that too and my officemates are already used into my sneezing with feelings haha.. But it's okey now, I keep myself hydrated with warm salabat honey lemon.. 😊
