Music Festival and Hot Air Balloon Display My friend kept on telling me that we should go to Pampanga during this event as she wanted to complete her bucket list. I am not into this type of event but since she is so kind and always on the GO every time I asked her, I can't say NO. Yes, even though she is busy when I want for an ice cream break ,still she goes with me, lol! So see you there!
