No direct communication with CEO I just finished validating incident report from one of our branches. I thought it was somehow a big issue and includes loss off assets but then I found out that "forgery" happened just to "accomodate". Yes the process were incorrect and falsification of documents could result to grave offense . When I submitted my report to our Department head she asked me If I am sure that I don't want to send my report to our Ceo . She added that it was my effort. Well I answered her " I am very sure Ma'am as I believed my life would be easier if I don't have a direct communication with him". Am I right?
