Puto lanson ( Cassava Rice Cake?) I am not sure if this is what others called these but in our local dialect, it's "puto lanson". Cassava is the made ingredient thus added some sugar and margarine on top or some coconut jelly. This is one of my favorite native delicacies and my late grandma is fond of cooking this. I always assisted her, and it was kind of tiring for a kid. Manually grating cassava plus drying by squeezing using a piece of cloth is not a joke. Yet, the effort was worth it once already cooked. Best to go with a cup of coffee.
