Let's talk about professionalism! I was actually in the middle of work is which I couldn't proceed since I need something from my co-worker. She was actually notified at around 10:07 AM and it was already 3PM still no response in her end. We are not actually okay due to some PETTY issues only. Since I don't have a choice, I did approached her for follow up. However she just IGNORE me, as if nobody was talking to her. She passed by me, but she continue walking, chin up, looking directly in her office area. I did'nt expect that she was that "immature and unprofessional". What I am asking is job related and she should act this way. I feel that I could hardly breath due to so much anger. I even want to pull her hair but I restrained myself. I just sit on my chair and controlled my anger. My point is, please we should separate our personal issues when at work. This will only result on delaying company related transactions. We are not elementary students who got angry on petty issues/things and ignored someone. We are proffessionals, let's act like ONE. #just sharing to cool down
