What I have learned from my job I did some auditing job for almost three years and I was assigned in one of our branches in Vizmin. The job was really hard for sometimes my coworker got mad to me everytime I issued an incident report. Which is because of their noncompliance with company SOP🙄. At first, I felt guilty and their are times I almost cry because they throw some nasty words against me. This made me think, I just did my job and it's not my fault if they reacted as unprofessional. Starting then, I learned how to work independently, besides I applied to the company to look for a JOB and not a Friend 😁😁. Work almost done for today!
