Mushroom (Uhong) As I backread chats in our family GC today, I saw this shared picture of my sister. I felt so envious as I haven't eaten this for years! Yes, it's a local mushroom. When I was young, every morning I would roam around in our place to look for mushrooms. This is during BER-months. This is best to cook with malunggay, with egg or just stir fry. Whichever you prefer. Anyone familiar with this?
