I was talking to our group lead earlier as we discussed about branch operations. I got a mad upon knowing that one department my actually "grabbing the credit " for the positive results. I wasn't able to control my self to give my comment like, can she revise her statement? It's not her department efforts but "everyone's". I would rather give the credit to the persons on site. They are actually the one implementing all the strategies. They actually risk their life despite of covid threat just to generate sales. Unlike her department who is working at home. #no to credit grabbing please #learn to value teams effort
