Practiced indeed makes perfect. I am not an accounting graduate and I don't have an idea when it comes on taxes that is why I find it hard to make a response letter to BIR everytime we had an open case to those outlets we applying for business retirement. There was even a time that the only left on the response letter I made is only the "prepared by" portion upon review of my Department head. So today, as I read her response on the request letter I sent yesterday for her review I felt like it's an accomplishment. Indeed constant practiced is a great help!
