Happy But Sad
That moment when you're having a happy day then someone said something that ruined the mood that you're in.
It was the 27th of February year 2020, it was my birthday at that time. I celebrated my birthday with so much glee, but...
In the morning, I woke up so early. I had my morning coffee as usual. Although it's my birthday, I never opened my phone because I planned to open my phone during my free time. After drinking my coffee, I prepared my clothes for work as it was a weekday and I still need to go to work. I never planned to go on leave on my birthday as well. With that, I prepared everything, I even wore makeup to make me look fresh on my birthday. Not to mention, I put an effort to look good on my birthday, because I want to feel gorgeous on my birthday.
The moment I arrived at my workplace, I was in awe when my co-workers surprised me with a balloon and cake as they shouted, "Happy Birthday!". My heart felt warmed knowing that they were so thoughtful to make me feel happy on my birthday. I got teary-eyed as I never expected that they will do such a thing. My closest friend in our workplace even gifted me with a necklace with a heart pendant. She knew me well as I love any necklace with heart pendants. My morning that time felt so great as I started my day with good vibes.
In the afternoon, I ordered some food for my workmates. We were only a few in the office, around 20 people I guess. This was my previous job by the way. Going back, I ordered food for us all. As the food arrived, we ate the food and we enjoyed the food so much. After eating, we drink some cold lemonade which made us feel refreshed. Needless to say, I could say that I had the best birthday ever at work. The moment they surprised me, I could feel that they cherish me as one of their workmates as they're thinking to me.
After we're done eating, we prepare ourselves again since we still have a lot of things to do at work. We continue doing our tasks with a smile on our faces as we enjoyed the moment beforehand. I also invited my closest friends at home since I prepared some food for my birthday for my family and some friend.
After our work hours, I went home with my friends. I was so happy again that my family surprised me. They also prepared food for me aside from the food I ordered. My nephews even hugged me and gave their letters to me; I was so happy. Overall, my birthday went great that time. I enjoyed it a lot and I was beyond grateful for another year of my life.
Then here comes my free time. I opened my social media accounts and I have seen a lot of greetings from my friends and family. They were all sending me their greetings with best wishes for me on my birthday. I was having fun replying to their greetings when I read one message. It was a message from my co-worker. She was absent on the day of my birthday so she was not present on the day of my celebration at work. What she said, somehow offended me. Although it's quite true, her message ruined my mood in some way. She greeted me with happy birthday but she added words of body-shamming; she was so insensitive on my part.
We're not close friends I tell you. She's from the other building. I admit, that time I quite gained weight because of my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). My doctor recommended I drink a certain medicine that resulted in me gaining weight. Anyway, I don't know what have I done to her that she's so hard on me on my birthday. You know that feeling when you're so happy but someone ruined it in a snap. And women are supposed to support women, but what she said somehow lowered my confidence.
At that moment I thought about the things that she said, but later on, I realized that I should not soak myself with negativity on my birthday, so I just moved on from those thoughts. With that, I realized that there will always be days in your life when you're at your happiest then someone will throw negativity towards you to ruin your mood. It's then up to you how are you going to handle it.
Moreover, even though I was hurt by what she said, I just forgave her. Right now, whenever I thought of my previous birthday, I just thought of the happy moments that happened. What matters on that day was the happy moments I spend with my friends and family. I will always be grateful for that.
Above all, people will always have something to say. With that, I learned now that we should not soak ourselves in the negativity that they bring into our lives; it will not help us. Let's learn to stay positive and be happy no matter what other people will throw at us.
So that's how my birthday went last 2020, how about you, what significant moments happen on your previous birthday?

How I Met BCH
I heard about Bitcoin (BTC) before, but I haven't heard about Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Now, how and when did I hear and use BCH?
I'm not familiar with this cryptocurrency thing before although I heard about it. I haven't even learned the nitty-gritty of it since I presume my mind can't take how the crypto world works. Not until this year when I was able to use one.
Storytime: How I Met BCH
It was the last week of October this year when I was scrolling through the internet and bumped on a piece of information about a microblogging site wherein you will earn BCH. At that time, I was not that interested since I'm not familiar with this BCH thing. However, I was quite interested in it after I knew that it was like social media wherein you will post anything that comes from your mind, the only difference is that you will be rewarded with BCH.
To the curiosity I have in mind, I joined the platform which is known as Noise Cash on the first week of November this year. At first, I still don't understand how the platform works, what are these chambers or channels, how am I going to interact with the people, where's the comment section, how to share the blessings, what's the Renoise feature, and the name of a few. All I did within my first week on the platform was explore. Exploring around helped me learn a lot of things. It gave me an idea of what to expect on the platform and how am I going to make the best out of it. On my first week, I was glad that a lot of people welcomed me. Although I was still a newbie, I could feel how welcoming the people are, even the big accounts talked to me with so much glow, and my heart warmed. This platform made me realize that people here are humble even though they achieve much like gaining a lot of subscribers and earning a good amount. Anyway, I also love the idea that I gained a few subscribers on my first week-- with that I gained new friends.
So much for that, what struck me most during my first week was the pending BCH placed on the settings. I was so glad that I was able to receive one. I was so ecstatic that I decided to connect my wallet, howbeit, I don't know-how. Good thing that the platform recommends an app to store the BCH received. From that moment on I started to love not just the platform, but the BCH currency itself. I never regret joining the platform as I am not only enjoying my stay here, but I gained a lot of friends with whom I get to interact. As of the moment, I'm almost two months old on the platform, and I'll always be grateful for it.
After almost a month, I then knew about another platform that also rewards BCH, and that's the Read platform. I decided to join the platform as well since I want to experience how the platform works. Just so you know, I am a frustrated writer myself, but I want to develop my writing skills and become better. Through this platform, I believe I could learn a lot. Not only I am earning BCH in some way, but I'm also learning from the posts of the people around the platform.
In Read, I have read a lot of stories from other people. Stories of their lives are truly inspiring. Stories that you will learn a lot from their experiences. Other people shared useful content for us to learn; a nitty-gritty of something. I also love the idea that I get an idea of a certain term. I would also like to note that aside from the people that I met here and who interact with me through my article's comment section, I also love when Rusty visits my posts and rewards me. It's not only that I am in awe of the BCH it gives, but it's such a fulfilling feeling that it noticed my article even though it was not as perfect as it is.
Both Noise and Read platforms give an astounding opportunity to everyone through rewarding BCH. I could see that these platforms hold so much potential. I firmly believe as well that the 300,000+ will surely turn into millions soonest; I trust the process. For now, I will focus on my goal in the platform which is to reach one Bitcoin Cash, I know I'm so far from the summit, but I'm persistent to achieve it one day. It may seem a bit blurry for now, but I believe it will become vivid soon once I'm almost there. Anyway, aside from receiving from both platforms, I will also never get tired of sharing my blessings with others. That's been my goal ever since I started here, to share my blessings to everyone as much as I could.
Moreover, believe that meeting BCH was never an accident. It's meant for our paths to meet. BCH has taught me a lot of lessons in life like there will always be things in life wherein you need to make an effort to gain them. Not to mention, BCH is also a blessing in disguise as it serves as a stepping stone for me to know about the cryptocurrency world. It helped me unravel some of the nitty-gritty of it. I know I still have a lot of things to learn from it, but I'll try to learn it in a gradual process. I'm open to learning and I'll never get tired to unlearn and learn about this stuff. Soon, I will no longer be ignorant of BCH and other crypto things.
BCH is the best!

Current Favorites- December
December is almost over, so is the year 2021. But I don't want to end this month without listing my top favorites.
A few days from now, we will finally change the calendars on our walls as the year 2022 will soon arrive. With that, I'm thinking of another blog series that I want to do. Just so you know I already started the "Life Currently" blog series which I will be writing once per month, I can't wait to find out how will my life go next month. Anyway, for now, I'll be having another one which is the "Current Favorites". This blog series aims to share my current favorites for the month. I know my life is not as interesting as it is, but I'd love to share with you my current life favorites.
Now, here are my current favorites for December:
Favorite Song
My go-to-song for this month no matter what mood I'm in is Taylor Swift's " All Too Well 10-Minute Version". I just can't help but fall in love with its beat and melody. I can't relate to the lyrics, but I love singing it. Whenever I'm singing it, it seems like I'm the main character of the song, as I could feel my emotions whenever I sing it. Not to mention, my greatest achievement so far this month as well is that I already memorized the song and its lyrics. My Swiftie heart can't help but be in bliss with this little thing. I wonder if Taylor would release another song with a 10-minute version, I think I'll be memorizing it again.
Favorite Movie
I'm not fond of watching movies this month, but I have watched a few. Needless to say, my current favorite movie for this month is "Frozen II". I know this was already released a long time ago, but this is one of the movies I watched this month and I still love it. It's timely as well as this Frozen movie feels like Christmas because of snow. I also love the lessons that I got from the movie, one of which is facing your fear, just like what Elsa did in her journey towards the unknown.
Favorite Food
I love eating ice cream these days especially the cookies n' cream flavor. There's something magical about ice cream that changes my mood from a gloomy one to a happy one. Just so you know there was a time when my friends and I went to a nearby store and we bought four flavors of ice cream with salted caramel, mango, cookies n' cream, and charcoal flavor. The one I chose was cookies n' cream as it's just so pleasing to me and my tastebuds love it so much.
Favorite Emoji
As I try looking at my frequently used, it's the " ha-ha" emoji. Just so you know I am fond of looking at meme posts these days and I'm so fond of commenting as well. I placed a lot of the "ha-ha" emoji that's it turned out to be my current favorite emoji for December. Whenever I chat with my friends, I also put a lot of the said emoji as we exchange funny thoughts and I can't help but laugh so hard because of it. This only implies that even though I'm not always fine this month, but I still have a good laugh because of the memes that people are posting, and my friends are making me laugh as well.
Favorite Color
These days I'm starting to love the pale blue color. I love it as it's pleasing in my eyes. All I could feel whenever I see this color is serenity; it gives peace to my heart. Not to mention, it's the same feeling whenever I look at the pale blue sky. There was this moment as well wherein I joined an event and I wore a pale blue dress, I feel like I'm Cinderella at that moment as the color of my dress is blue which is my favorite color for the month.
Favorite Smell
I love the smell of Vanilla. There's something about this smell that makes me feel happy. There was one time when I bought a candle that I saw in the convenience store because it has a vanilla scent. To my surprise, my family also loves the smell that the candle gives.
Favorite Drink
It's December, but my favorite drink is still coffee. Coffee is life! No matter what day, or time it is, coffee will always be my best friend. Not to mention, I can't live a day without it as its taste seems so addictive. There was a time when my co-worker gifted me a coffee, I was so happy since coffee is my favorite and this little thing was being noticed by my co-worker and gave me such. Right now, I'm craving for one again, so I might prepare a cup of coffee after.
Favorite Quote
The quote which I truly admire this month is a quote by Frank Ocean, "Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise". I agree with this quote so much as it works every time. In my 20+ experience in this world, I realized that it's better to work in silence towards achieving the goal, because the tendency of sharing your goal too much with everyone is that, it creates an expectation for the people who will get to hear it. With that, those expectations that the people have towards you could somehow give negative energy to you because of the pressure. Aside from that, other people will also not believe in you which could make you feel down if you take it wholeheartedly. Moreover, this quote has become my fuel this month to still work hard but in silence. One day, all my efforts will be paid off, and all they can hear is the success that I made from it.
So those are my current favorites for December. I presume that these favorites that I have this month will change next month. I wonder what would my next favorites be.
How about you? What are your current favorites for December?

Four Reasons Why I Love Christmas
There are a lot of different seasons to celebrate in a year. However, I would like to emphasize my most favorite time of the year-- Christmas!
We can't deny the fact that Christmas is the most beautiful time of the year. It is the time where we feel that the people all over the world are united to celebrate this season with so much glee. It is the time where we feel like the ambiance of the surrounding feels so positive and lively. Needless to say, I have a lot of reasons why I love this season, but I will give you four main reasons why I love Christmas.
The Christmas Spirit
Christmas is such a magical season. It feels like it owns a wand that could give magic to the whole world. Magic that would make the world feels so much joy. It seems like I am living in my fantasy land, celebrating the season with so many glitters wherein I could see the sparkling eyes of the people around me. Not to mention, Christmas brings out the child in me. I may be 20+ years of age right now, but I still feel so much excited for Christmas. Moreover, listening to Christmas songs makes the ambiance more magical. The warmness that it brings to my heart is indescribable. There's like an oozing of emotions deep inside my heart that speaks on how wonderful Christmas is.
Just so you know, Christmas also gives magic to the hearts of the children. I love how excited the children are to embark on this season as a lot of great things happen during this time. Looking back, whenever the Christmas season was around the corner, my cousins and I prepared letters to Santa stating to them all the gifts that we want to receive for that Christmas. We were so excited to receive those gifts as well from Santa. Then during Christmas day, we received gifts and it stated there "from Santa". We never thought that our parents were the only ones giving the gift. Above all, the Christmas Spirit feels so magical.
The Christmas Traditions
Another thing that I love about Christmas is the Christmas traditions. I love how people around me are busy decorating their houses with Christmas decorations such as Christmas trees, Santa Socks, and name a few. It feels like the surrounding feels so much blissful whenever I see colorful Christmas decorations around me. Aside from that, people are also busy preparing for the get-togethers which usually happen during this season. Not to mention, gift-giving is one of the highlights of this time since we are used to giving gifts to our family and friends, and we also receive gifts from them as well.
In our family, we are used to embarking the Christmas day with so much joy. We prepare food and treats at night before Christmas day, and we stay awake until midnight to celebrate Christmas day on the midnight of December 25. We also love going outside while looking at the fireworks display. The events feel so nostalgic.
The Quality Time with Family and Loved Ones
Nothing is much happier than spending time with our families and loved ones. It's such a wonderful time as we have quality time with them. The conversations that we have with them will always be funny and entertaining as well. The time we spend with them will always be full of joy.
The Christmas season is also the time where we do get-togethers or reunions with our family and loved ones. I could still remember when I was young, our family usually host for a get-together with my relatives and we had a great time every time. We prepare some food, games, and even gifts to share with our family and relatives. We enjoyed that moment so much. Howbeit, this year and last year, we haven't done that kind of event as the virus is still roaming around the corner, and our health is the top priority. Although we have a hiatus in get-togethers, we still cherish each one. For now, I will treasure the time where I could spend time with my family and other loved ones who are with us. Needless to say, spending some time with the important people in my life and celebrating this season with them matters to me a lot.
The Real Reason for This Season
I love Christmas as it reminds us of the greatest gift that God has given us and that would be His son Jesus Christ. We all know that Jesus is the reason for this season. We celebrate His birth in this world. Not to mention, during this season I also look forward to seeing the Christmas Nativity Scene, a scene wherein Jesus was born in Bethlehem and three kings gave Him gifts. It's just so breathtaking.
So those are some of the reasons why I love Christmas. These are the reason why I always get excited and I always look forward to this season with so much bliss in my heart. Not to mention, may we all remind ourselves of the real essence of Christmas which is about loving and sharing our blessings with the people around us. Above all, may we never forget the wonderful memories that we make this Christmas season especially with the people whom we cherish the most.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Four Lessons I Learned this Year
Over the past twelve months, it feels like I'm on a roller coaster ride; a lot of ups and downs happened in my life. But, you know what's the best thing about this year? It's the lessons that I learned out from those experiences.
The year 2021 is an adjustment year after the pandemic started. It's the year where we got to adjust to the new normal in the first few months and get used to them for the rest of the year. Not to mention, I have experienced a lot of challenges this year, sometimes they make me feel down. But I also experienced a lot of great moments wherein I will surely smile once I reminisce them. I'd also love to note that I learned a lot of lessons this year.
Now, here are the four lessons that I get to learn this year:
Health Matters
This pandemic has taught me to prioritize my health more than anything: both physical and mental health. I also learned to double time on taking care of my health when I was involved in contact tracing since one of my co-workers got tested positive in Covid. That's the first time I got swabbed and quarantined for 14 days. It was not an easy process, a lot of things were going on in my mind at that time; good thing I was tested negative. From then on, I started taking care of myself more. I know I'm still not perfect at caring for myself, but I'm doing my best to do better at managing my health.
Self-love is the Key
I realized that I have been so abusive with myself this year. I focused on my work that much that I haven't thought of having fun for my mental health's sake. I encountered a lot of breakdowns, and my mind became chaotic. However, the moment I got to unwind, it's where I got to feel myself again. I finally got to iron out my thoughts. Since then, I started to give love for myself more and do the little things just like taking care of myself often, making sure that I'm having fun with everything that I do, and name a few. This year has taught me to prioritize myself, to make myself happy, to spoil myself sometimes, as it's not for the betterment of others, but for the betterment of myself alone.
Comparing is Not a Good Thing
During the first few months of this year, I have been to a situation wherein I keep on comparing myself to others. I have seen a lot of posts on social media that made me feel down as I'm far cry from the achievements that they have reached. I even feel inferior after thinking that I was out of place on the achievements that I have so far. However, with the constant goal I have to make myself better, I read a lot of books and even watched a lot of videos about uplifting oneself. I learned that every one of us has our book, and that book is unique. No two books have the same chapters. Having said that, I realized that we have our chapters. Good thing for others that they've reached the point of achievement in their lives, but on my part, it's yet to come. I have my season of reaching the peak of success. All I have to do today is to work on them and never give up. Above all, we should stop comparing ourselves and trust the process of our journey.
Face Your Fear
I have a lot of missed opportunities this year just because I was afraid to do them. Not to mention, I could recall that time when an opportunity knocked on my door, that's what I wanted to achieve this year. Although I would love to do it, the emotions that I had at that moment were indescribable, I was afraid I might not be successful in the field, until one day, I realized that I missed the opportunity already. At that moment, I regret a lot for not grabbing the opportunity in an instant, and I don't want that same thing to happen again. With that, I learned to face the fear that I have. I realized that doing something which you're not comfortable doing, or even doing something new feels a bit scary, but the best thing to do is to take that path even how scary it gets. I realized that I should still do something even how scared I get, as what I want to achieve is on the other side of that fear.
Every year, we go through a lot of experiences. Sometimes they make us happy, and sometimes they make us sad. Sometimes those experiences could bring out the best in us, and sometimes the worst in us as well. However, no matter how hard our lives went this year, we should bear in mind the lessons that we got out of our experiences. Those lessons that we learned today will help us grow into the person we wish to become. I know it's not an easy process as we go through a lot, but know that everything will be worth it in the end. All we have to do is have a heart that could understand every situation and a mind that's willing to continue the journey without the thought of giving up.

10 Personal Goals for 2022
The year 2022 is just around the corner, waiting for its turn to face the world. With that, have you listed your personal goals already?
Another year is about to come, another year of writing our own New Year's Resolution which we never keep. Not to mention, instead of writing another resolution for myself, I thought of listing goals that I want to achieve this 2022. I thought of a lot of things, but I just want to focus on 10 goals that I want to reach before the year ends.
Here are the 10 goals that I have in mind:
Improve Financial Management
As I try to reflect on the way I handle my money this year, I could say that a lot of lapses were going on especially on the expenses that I had. I never thought of saving more money, and just buying the things which I thought were needed, but they are just my wants alone. With that, I thought of reading more books about financial management or even watching videos that could help me grow into someone who's more disciplined in terms of the in and out of money in the wallet. I'll also find a financial advisor that could help me in this matter.
Wellness First
I realized this year that I need to prioritize my well-being, be it physically or mentally. I will not be able to move my limits if I'm not well and my mind is in chaos. With that, I'll start by taking care of myself first, like eating healthy food, drinking an adequate amount of water, sleeping early, and even doing regular exercise. Needless to say, my mental being will be well as long as I'm physically healthy. I'll also practice healthy habits, and prioritize my health above all.
Speak Up More
Just so you know, even though I write a lot of words here on the platform or even in Noise, in real life, I'm not the wordy type. I'm usually shy, so whenever there's a social event where we need to exchange ideas, I usually talk less. It's not that I have nothing to say, or no ideas to give, but I'm just afraid to speak up. That's actually what I want to improve next year. I want to speak up more, I want to conquer the fear I have in my heart.
Learn and Invest
I always wanted to learn the nitty-gritty of investing. I believe that a lot of books are available on the internet, and there are a lot of videos as well which explain how investing works. Above all, I also need a mentor to this one for me to fully understand what would be my next move.
Practice Time Management
Just so you know, I don't have an iron-out schedule, I'm prone to procrastination which I hate. Even though I can do the work now, I'll soak myself in entertainment stuff and just do the tasks in the eleventh hour. I feel bad about that as I could be more productive if it's not because of this habit. I'll surely work on this as I want to make the best out of my time.
Gain New Skills
I wanted to learn the art of carpentry. I want to craft stuff like cabinets, tables, and name a few. I also love watching videos about it and I find it easy, but I just lack the time to practice it at home. This coming 2022, I'll surely share some time to learn how to do carpentry, so that I will no longer pay for others to do crafts and I will just do it on my own.
Travel
Amidst pandemic, I still want to travel places that I want. I have a long list of places that I want to visit, but I don't have time to do it. So I set it as a goal that before the year 2022 ends, I will visit a place that I long to go to, a place which is not that far but I surely love to visit.
Be More Present
I am guilty of the fact that I'm not that present especially on the happenings that are going on around my circle. Not to mention, I guess the biggest thing you could give to anyone is the gift of being present no matter what the event is. The thought of connecting to the people and engaging with them means a lot already. But I will still work on that as this year I'm too focused on my work that I forgot to connect with the people around me.
Grow as a Writer
I am not a writer. If there's a description I would give to myself, that would be a frustrated writer. I believe that I still don't know the nitty-gritty of how to write, but I'm trying my best to learn about them and grow like the others. I want to improve myself in this field. I hope that I will be able to grow into a better writer before the year ends.
Reach One BCH or More
I may be new to the Read and Noise platform, but I have this goal in mind to reach one BCH. I know I still have a long way to go, but I don't lose hope. The goal may still look far, but I'll try my best to work on this goal. Nothing is impossible if you have the mindset of not giving up despite the challenges.
The goals that I have in mind may be a lot, but I look forward on making them come to life in year 2022. I presume I will encounter a lot of challenges in my journey towards them, but I'll continue to have faith and work on them. One day, I'll smile and say that "At last, I made it!"

Life Currently: December 2021
It's a brand new day so I thought of starting a blog series on this platform wherein I'm going to share how my life's going on lately. This post is inspired by "The Sunday Currently" blog posts which was a trend back then around the internet, but I would love to have it and call it "Life Currently". In this series, I'm going to give an update on what's going on in my life, and I'll post a blog like this once a month.
Not to mention, my life is not as interesting as the rest; I'm not a celebrity though. Howbeit, I would love to share an update of my life currently. Lately, my usual routine changed a lot, so I had a lot of things going on in my life.
So these are my currently:
**Reading**
I'm not into reading books these days. Due to the hectic schedules that I have, I'm guilty of the fact that I'm no longer feeding thoughts in my brain through learnings from books. But, I'll try to read a book again, maybe at the start of the month next year. Needless to say, I may not be reading books lately, but I'm so fond of reading posts from my friends on the Noise platform. Just so you know, I'm always grateful to know the happenings of my friends' life in Noise. It's like I'm an avid reader of the story of their lives.
**Writing**
I am currently writing this article. This is the first blog post that I have for my new blog series. Supposedly, I'm not going to start this blog series, but I realized that through this, I'm not only sharing an update of my life to my audience, but I'll be able to track how my months went.
**Listening**
I am a Swiftie fan, and no wonder I love to listen to Taylor Swift songs most of the time. Then now, I'm currently listening to her song "All Too Well", the 10-minute version. You might be wondering why am I enjoying listening to it wherein it's a long song. But just so you know even though it's 10 minutes, whenever I listen to it, it feels like 3 minutes as I am enjoying the song so much. I think I'm almost there memorizing the lyrics of the song.
**Thinking**
I'm thinking of going to my best friend's house since it's Christmas vacation. It's been a while since we have seen each other, so I think it's about time to go to her house. I also received a piece of news that she's engaged with her long-time partner. I'm so happy for her. Her fiance is her first boyfriend by the way.
**Smelling**
I'm currently loving the smell of vanilla. Before, I'm not a fan of the smell of vanilla, but lately, I'm starting to like it. I even bought a perfume which has a scent of vanilla as I'm being a fan of it.
**Wishing**
We all know that a few days are left before 2022, so I'm wishing the best out of those days. Although a lot of things are going on with my life lately, and most of them were not as happy as they seem, but I'm still wishing for blissful days before closing the book of 2021.
**Hoping**
Hoping for a fruitful year ahead. The year 2022 is just around the corner. I'm excited by the way. I'm also hopeful for a better year, I hope this time, the pandemic will eventually end and everything will be back to normal. Not to mention, I also hope that the value of BCH will pump this 2022 or even before this year ends, and green will appear most of the time than red which is a pain in my eyes.
**Wearing**
I'm currently wearing a sweater and pajamas. The pair becomes my favorite these days as the weather seems so cold. Before, I used to wear sleeveless and shorts, but not this time. I'll adjust to the weather that we have so a sweater and pajamas fit best.
**Loving**
I love how I overcome all the stressful days that I have lately through unwinding and going places like the beach or any place that has a lot of greenery. I realized that it's important to give time for myself to enjoy and not to push myself alone on my tasks at work.
**Wanting**
I want to eat fries. I've been craving fries lately, so maybe I'd go to a nearby food store one of these days to buy fries and enjoy my fries time.
**Needing**
I think I need a faster internet connection these days. Just so you know, the internet connection is testing my patience lately. It's so slow like a turtle walking. I can't do anything about it as I am only an average person here and I have no power to improve the connectivity. So maybe, what I can do is to extend my patience and understand that our connectivity is just like this.
**Feeling**
I'm feeling blessed all the time. The experiences that I have had this year may not be good always, but I'm still grateful for how this year went as I was able to learn a lot. I learned a lot of lessons which are a big help for my growth as someone who wants to reach my full potential.
So that's how my life went these days. I look forward to my next blog post about this blog series. I wonder what would I do or what would I enjoy the next month; I'll give you an update this January.

We Met Again
**The once-forgotten showed up in front of me, then the flashbacks entered the frame.**
I was exploring through apps on my phone when I saw an app that's a star tracker. It's been a while since I last tried using it since I forgot about it honestly. Just so you know, I am a big fan of the stars, the universe, and everything in between that I installed an app like this. Howbeit, due to the hectic schedule that I have these days, I no longer do the things I used to love just like exploring the night sky.
Not to mention, the weather last night felt so great. The cold breeze touched my skin so gently, gave my heart a sense of comfort. How wonderful it was to experience the warm embrace of the cold air roaming around the place. It's an indescribable feeling-- something that I'd love to experience every time. Anyway, as I looked up at the sky, I could see the stars shining brightly; sparkling gracefully in my eyes. The moon, on the other hand, is in Gibbous form; not in its full view, but I'm still enjoying it. Although the weather looked fine, there were still gray clouds surrounding the beautiful night sky. Above all, how lovely it was to soak myself in that kind of view.
Going back, I opened my Star Tracker app and explored the night sky anew. I have seen a lot of constellations and tried connecting them through my naked eye. I can't contain the happiness that I was feeling. It brought out the child in me. It felt like I've seen something magical that I can't help but be in love with what I'm witnessing.
Now, as I tried moving my phone using the app from one place to another, something caught my eyes. I saw the **"Pisces"** constellation and it reminded me of my zodiac sign which is Pisces. I don't know why, but it just hit me. It felt so nice to remember the memories I once created from the past because of my zodiac sign.
But before that, presenting these beautiful people who are generous and supportive enough towards me. I'd love to mention my new sponsor @alther as well, I appreciate your heartwarming support.
A little fact, my birthday lies every 27th of February. With that, I am a Pisces, which is a water sign. When I was young I was not familiar with this zodiac sign thing. Howbeit, as I reached middle school, I found out that zodiac signs will tell more about your traits and personality, and it can read other people's traits and personalities as well. I was curious about it so I tried reading more about the Zodiac signs stuff. Needless to say, I got hooked on it and believe it in some way.
Based on my readings, Pisces people like me are known to be the most sympathetic among the other zodiac. Pisces is a water sign, so no wonder that we are highly emotional or sensitive; a fish sign that's swimming through the depths of emotions. We tend to be compassionate and easy-going. One thing that I learned about my zodiac sign as well was the thought that we're mutable signs, meaning we can adapt easily to the environment that we're in. I also agree with that as I could testify on it as well. The thought is that whenever I read about Pisces people traits, the shoe seems to fit every time so I'm astounded.
There may be positive traits given but there are also negative traits and personalities of Pisces people just like being gullible, too sensitive, indecisive, and to name a few. I could still remember before I also read that Pisces people are escapists which was somewhat true to me as I love to indulge myself with beautiful thoughts especially during those times when I feel so overwhelmed with the situation around me.
Moreover, looking back during my university years, I have this friend who's also a Pisces. I shared with her a lot about my readings on our zodiac sign. What's more exciting was she agreed to me and with that she started reading anything about our zodiac sign as well. We even got to the point of joining a Pisces group on a social media platform. We read more about our zodiac and enjoyed it a lot. Our vibe was incredible.
Another memory I could remember way back was every time I meet people in my life, I asked when's their birthday for me to check what's their zodiac sign for me to check their traits in some way. I even used this zodiac thing for my crushes to find out about their traits using the power of zodiac signs. I even tried checking if their signs and mine are compatible or not. Because there's such thing as compatibility between zodiac signs. What's funny was my crushes were not compatible with my sign. I know that it may sound funny as I'm believing in this zodiac thingy, but I just enjoyed it.
Truly, zodiac signs have influenced me a lot especially during my university years. These days, whenever I remember about it, I can't help but smile at the things that I did and believed from the past. Anyway, it will not harm me if I believe in those things. Needless to say, I may have forgotten the learnings I once had with the zodiac thing, but the memories I once created are beautiful thoughts to remember.
Indeed, the star tracker app last night was truly a great vibe and a blessing as well as I was able to remember or to meet again the forgotten gem I used to treasure before; the good old days about zodiac sign thing.

All Too Well
***"It was rare, I was there, I remember it, all too well", a line that was taken from Taylor Swift's All Too Well song.***
I am a Taylor Swift fan since 2009, so I think it's safe to say that I am a "Swiftie". I am in love with her songs not only because they have amazing melodies, but she crafted her songs with passion and love. Whenever I read each line, I can't help but feel in awe of how great she is as a songwriter and a singer, that's why I can't help but be her big fan. Not to mention I love to play her songs starting from her old albums up until the present. I may have met a lot of singers which I also adore, but I always end up going back to her music like it's my home.
Then just a few weeks ago, she released the remake of her album "Red" which she named "Taylor's Version". This album was made to revive the amazing songs she made from the past. It's a nice move as it implies that she still cares for the past songs that she made, and I could say that they are still brilliant until now. Those songs still shine like twinkling stars at night. I am actually in love with the thought of it as I was also able to revive the feeling as well that I had from the past while I was listening to these songs.
What struck me from her song release was the 10-minute version of All Too Well. I was curious about it and wonder how she was able to craft a song as long as it. It seems like she has made three to four songs already. I was so excited so I instantly listened to the song. As I listened to the song, I remember those days when I was still young and I was in my room enjoying the song even though it's a heartbreaking one.
Going back, I was astounded on how well she connected the lines to become a great song; it's a masterpiece worth listening to. I continued to be amazed when she released a short film about it. I don't know if there are other artists who did the same thing, but I can't help but be proud of her even though she doesn't know that I exist. She's truly an inspiration.
Anyway, before continuing, I'm grateful to these beautiful people!
**Now, as I listened to the song a million times around, I reflected on something.**
Based on the line, *"it was rare, I was there, I remember it, all too well",* it just hit me as it reminded me of those moments in my life where my mind was still filled with nothing but happy thoughts. When problems were not still wandering around my mind, and commitments were still out of the picture. It reminded me as well of how innocent I was in the world that I am living. That I am happy with everything that was going on in my life, and I just go with the flow. Those moments of my life were during my childhood days.
My childhood days may not be as amazing as other kids' life was, but I enjoyed it a lot with the comfort of our home while playing home simulation with my cousins. I could still recall my laugh back then, it may sound funny to hear but it's a good laugh to remember. Even the jokes that my friends shared, even though they sound corny, I still laugh that hard.
Needless to say, life back then was so hard that my mom can't even buy me the stuff I love, but I understand our situation that I don't demand anything that's out of the budget. I'd like to note the doll I have back then. It was the only doll I have throughout my childhood. If I were to describe it, it's a bit small, the quality was not that nice, the hair was not good, and the overall look of that doll was not that amazing, but I cherished it a lot. It also has a dress that was not so good, so what I did to change its clothes was I looked for old socks in our drawer, and crafted a dress for my doll; I made it myself using my sewing skill.
It feels so nice to look back on how heartwarming my childhood was. Although our life back then was far cry from the life that the children nowadays have been experiencing, it's still fine as I was able to enjoy it that much. Reminiscing the past feels so nice, as it was **all too well.** If I were to time travel, I'd definitely revisit all those happy times that I had. I'll just stare at it until it lasts.
Howbeit, as much as I miss all those moments, I don't really regret that I am in the situation I have now. Because what I am now is the result of who I was back then. If it's not because of those experiences, I don't know if what will I be in the present. Aside from that, although I could say that my life experiences these days are not **all too well**, the lessons that I got from the challenges that I get to experience each day are worth noting. Those experiences actually give meaning to my life.
Indeed, life has a lot of ups and downs. Sometimes, it could make us think of going back to the past where life was still full of rainbows and butterflies. However, as humans living in this world where change is constant, we should strive to live meaningful and happy life. We should live each day as it counts. We should try aiming for beautiful memories, and meaningful life lessons that we can grab out from the challenges that we are experiencing.
Anyway, Taylor Swift is really amazing. Based on her song, I reflected on something which is a great input for me.
Above all, life may not serve us the **all-too-well** dish in our everyday life, but it will surely serve us what is meant for us to intake that will surely help us grow beautifully.

I am Contagious
As of the moment you might be wondering, what does she mean when she says she's contagious? Is there a problem with her health these days? Or is she suffering from any disease?
The title may look alarming, but let's be honest, reading the title alone would release wonders in our minds. Our scribbled thoughts would start to connect dots, analyzing what is going on in my life as of the moment. The statement is a bit blurry that we started adding conclusions to the idea itself. Not to mention, that's natural for us humans to develop; our minds constantly work. It's inevitable that our minds would start wondering and wandering from one place to another as we are curious about the nitty-gritty of this world that we're living, as well as the happenings around us. In general, we have a never-ending search for truth.
Looking back, I had the same thoughts when I passed by a site so-called Noise.Cash. After reading the site name and a little glimpse of what is it all about, I started to focus my eyes on it. I was curious back then as the platform never rang a bell in my ear. It was so unfamiliar that I started searching about it on Youtube or even on Google. To release the curiosity in my mind, I started my journey on the platform with the username @LeticiaFelize.
At first, it was a bit rough not knowing anyone, and purely roaming around learning how the platform works. As the days went by, I met a lot of friends and conversed with great people where I got to learn something from them as well. With that, I realized that Noise.Cash is an astounding platform to share your thoughts with and share your interests. Although I am still a week old on the platform, I have learned noteworthy thoughts from my friends which I will be able to apply in my life.
Throughout my journey on that platform, I have realized that **I am contagious** and I will always be contagious. That realization may sound a bit harsh, but that's the reality. Howbeit, what am I implying when I say that I am contagious?
As of the moment we are living in a generation where our thoughts can be spread to the world in a snap. Having said that, being contagious is not purely about my health in the real-world setting, I am talking about my activities in the platform or the footprint that I am leaving there. My footprints in the platform simply mean the trail that I am radiating towards the platform. It is about how I influence others with the thoughts I shared or even the attitude that I am spreading around.
Now, in what way am I contagious?
**Mood**
I have read an article before that states that even without personal interaction, you can influence the mood of the people on Social Media platforms. You can even spread the emotions or moods that you are implying through your posts. With that, I make sure that the tone of my post will not trigger any negative vibes to people that read it. It's always great to share positivity around and stay away from being toxic and negative.
**Quality**
Talking about quality, it's about the contents that I am sharing. I don't want to connect to my friends on the platform through posts that are out of mediocrity. I care for my friends that I post valuable content wherein they can learn something and will not waste their time reading the post. Posting quality content is important and contagious, people will follow our path if we inspire them to do the same.
**Attitude**
How I interact with the people around the platform is contagious as well. If I treat them in a nice way, people will also treat me the right way and will do the same to others. But if I treat them badly, they will also treat the same. That's why at all costs, I spread positive vibes with the people around the platform. I also note always that we must be kind at all costs as people around us have their own battles. Being kind alone means everything.
Not to mention, I also spread generosity around the platform especially to my friends who are supporting me, and to other people who are sharing great content. Sharing my blessings with them is a way of being grateful for the opportunities that I have. Needless to say, it's always a joy in my heart to share my blessings with others; sharing is caring. And by the way, that's a contagious trait too.
Those are just my realizations while I was on the platform. Those are the lessons that I'll bring no matter what platform I am in, even here in read.cash. Moreover, I'm always hopeful that in a world where negativity could infect people in a snap, we can be a happy pill that could wipe the negative ambiance away, radiating positivity and inspiration to each one. Let's all be contagious but in a positive way.
