How I recited The time when I was in Senior High School my teacher ask me this "what are the good qualities of being a manager?" and I confidently stand up and answered him by reciting this "A manager is the one who lead and manage people and things in organizition,they have different qualities that they apply for them to become a good and best managers.First is the qualities for leadership, it’s important that they know how to lead to people and things in organization and they should know how to lead them in manner with effectively and efficiently. Second, they should have experience for them to be easy to step the role as a manager. Third is communication skills, they should have this because it’s important that they know how to communicate with their employees as well as listening to their opinions for them to achieve and meet the predetermined goals. Fourth is Confidence, they should need to be confident in every thing that they do in organization, they should need to be confident to their abilities and decisions they make and also to inspire and motivate everyone to do their works to achieve the goals. Fifth is be transparent, they should have this to improve the ability and skills to be open and honest in every employees. Sixth is willingness to share, they should be willing to share details and every strategies they have for all people in organization. This will help the managers to create trust relationship with those employees and to management, that they are capable to be a manager in organization. Lastly, the prowess of solving problem, a manager should know how to solve a conflict and problems in organization because it’s their responsibility to be one who manage and solve those problems that might came and they possibly experience in an organization. A managers should have this all qualities because this can help to developed the relationship with other people and to reached the goals of an organization.
