Kids get deeper sleep, which make them fresh Moreover, they have no stress and they are always curious to explore the world. In addition, they carry flexible energy utilisation, like their body switches between aerobic & anaerobic respiration all d day, their body is trained like athletes as it remove lactic acid easily
