Community owner fixed rain for 456 entries and he got 410 till now. So that one dollar will be distributed into 410 users.
Okay and in some communities the total entries are more than the limit just like 1145/600 Than what does it mean???
From total entries, 600 will get the share randomly.

I think that is the total participants versus total number of members per community.
No, it's not the total number of community members, it's the limit from owner of community
