Desde el día viernes todos en los hogares comienzan a reunirse para decidir de qué será la sopa del domingo. De ser necesario se compran algunos ingredientes para adelantar, pero como es un hábito familiar hacer sopa, todos los domingos se instalan los mercados populares. Sí, los mercados populares son pequeñas tiendas expuestas en las orillas de las calles, estos llevan los alimentos más cerca del consumidor para facilitar su compra.
