PASA QUE ESTOY ALMORZANDO 😃 Hola...feliz tarde. Bien tarde que me desperté. Hace días fui al médico y me indicó un nuevo tratamiento ✍️ resulta que son dos nuevas pastillas que debo tomar en las noches. Ellas me provocan algo de sueño sumado a todo el cansancio y el estrés del día a día. No me quejo porque hacía como dos años que no dormía corrido. Mis sueños han sido intermitentes y en el día jamás duermo. Hoy ya hace 23 días del tratamiento y me he levantado a las 6 AM, luego de tomar café me recosté otro ratito y me he quedado rendida hasta las 11 AM. Por tal motivo a esta hora de la tarde 1:50 pm estoy comiendo mi primera comida del día. El buen sueño es de suma importancia, sin embargo no he sabido cultivarlo. Empezando debería dejar de usar el teléfono y la tv desde antes de la segunda pastilla, pero no he realizado ese paso. Well late that I woke up. Days ago I went to the doctor and he indicated me a new treatment ✍️ turns out to be two new pills that I have to take at night. They make me a bit sleepy on top of all the tiredness and stress of everyday life. I'm not complaining because it's been about two years since I've slept straight through. My dreams have been intermittent and during the day I never sleep. Today it has been 23 days since the treatment and I woke up at 6 AM, after drinking coffee I lay down for a while and I stayed up until 11 AM. For this reason at this time of the afternoon at 1:50 pm I am eating my first meal of the day. Good sleep is of utmost importance, however I have not been able to cultivate it. I should have stopped using the phone and tv from before the second pill, but I have not done that step.
