FLOR DE JAMAICA. Hola. La flor de Jamaica es esa bella y roja flor que ves en la fotografía. Usamos esta flor para el consumo humano. Se pone a hervir en una olla con agua según la cantidad que vayamos a consumir, se espera que la flor destile todo su color y luego se apaga el fuego de la cocina. Dejamos reposar unos minutos para luego colar. Esta es una bebida deliciosa que podemos tomar fría o caliente. También podemos hacer con ella mermeladas y dulces. La infusión de flor de Jamaica es buenísima para relajarnos, tomarla una hora antes de ir a dormir todas las noches es recomendable para lograr un plácido descanso.
