A MITAD DE MES...AQUI ESTOY. Hola amigos noiseros ¿Cómo ha estado todo por aquí? Felices Carnavales. Feliz día de la Juventud. Feliz día de la Mujer. No estaba muerta, sino de parrandas. Ya saben, la parranda de la falta de conexión. Ya gracias a Dios estamos de nuevo conectados. Espero que no me hayan olvidado. Me parece de suna importancia reconocer que como equipo podemos hacer más que de manera individual. Trabajar en equipo es entender y atender las necesidades de todos, resaltar las virtudes en todos y felicitar a todos por los resultados. Somos pocos los que disfrutamos trabajar en equipo, la mayoría siempre anda buscando protagonismo y ser dentro del equipo el mejor. Debemos procurar ser mejores personas todo el tiempo, sin embargo cuando estamos en un grupo de trabajo el reconocimiento es para todos por lo tanto todos deben ser responsables de que salga bien exitosamente.
