A very short poem, short as Life!
Hello, It's me @Lejay28.Good day to all.
Just want to share a very short poem for today!
**"LIFE IS TOO SHORT"**
***Think about all the people no longer living,***
***who have walked the streets where you live,***
***and have visited the places you've seen.***
***And you realize in that moment, life is short.***
***So why waist time, never doing the things you love, with the people you care about most in life.***
Life has a strange timeline. It can end tomorrow or 70 years from now. There will always be a day when an unforseen opportunity arises, but it's up to you to reach out and grab it. Whether it be a career change, a better life choice, or that special person you didn't know you were waiting for. You might only have one chance to take it, or you'll lose out forever.
Be the person who says, "Remember when that happened? One of the best moments of my life."
THAK YOU FOR READING! GODBLESS!
When Lola(Grandmother) went low
Hello, again it's @Lejay28 . Enjoy reading.
***WHEN LOLA WENT LOW***
Our family is used to tough humor. We throw jokes as if they were always an expression of our rough experiences and hard-knock life. And I think this is true among people who reside in squatter areas and in some squalid communities which do not have the material luxuries and monetary contentment, though this observation might not be perennially true to all.
We are used to jokes with profanities and expletives. "Piste," "giatay," "boanga," in the beginning or in the end of every joke are just the few sharp words which we love to use especially in the moments of cracking jokes with family, friends, and even strangers. Now, they are promoted to be a sort of corpora delecti of our daily conversation.
Among all the tough jokes that I heard my entire life, there was this single joke that I never expected to come in the most unexpectedly smelly way.
My late lola (my mom's mother) loved to goof around. Alive, she would always create opportunities to fool us especially when she thought of the day as very mundane and without fun and excitement. She'd love to see us happy even if she was fully aware that the products of her sari-sari store were consumed by her grandchildren without due payments.
There was one time that I ate entirely all the Pirate crackers and Dragon Sid hanging on the cable wires which were intended for small items. My lola found out that I was the culprit of the missing cheap junk foods, and so she took justice in her own "hand."
She asked me if ever I had the knowledge of the missing items. I answered her negatively. But she knew already that I was her beloved criminal whom she cannot punish mercilessly. While standing, she thought that the ample revenge for the dishonesty and theft that I made was to pull her duster up and dipped her hand inside her limp panty, then her hand was as if reaching for something special as her legs sprawled sideways.
Her face shrank and elicited all the wrinkles possible when she finally got the thing she wanted her hand to possess. She swiftly pulled back her hand and swiped her middle finger on my philtrum. The very act of swiping left a fluid that was totally alien to me.
My sense of smell was contaminated by a foul odor: It was something that resembled a combined aroma of both a decaying fish and a dead rat. Yawa!

Mysterious Venus Flytrap plant!
Hello hehe,it's me again @Lejay28 . Just want to share what I saw earlier.
I found this plant an interesting one!
***THE VENUS FLYTRAP***
*I* **am actually in a bit surprised and amazed when I first saw this plant in one of my social media account. Because of this is my first time to see this kind of plant, it took my interest.**
Venus Flytrap is a flowering plant best known for its carnivorous eating habits. It is famously described as "one of the most wonderful in the world". Venus Flytraps attract insects/prey using sweet nectar to come pollination and when the insects come to suck nectar they trap them and feed on the basis of protein. To avoid the plant from squandering vitality in case prey isn’t really there, the trap will as it were closed when the trichomes are touched numerous times. The pivoted traps are edged with little bristles that interlock when the trap close to guarantee the prey can’t squirm out. There are other carnivorous plants within the wild, but the Venus flytrap is one of the exceptionally few that shows movement to effectively trap its prey.
I find it absolutely amazing how the
Flytrap knows EXACTLY when to close its
jaws! It waited until both flies were in the
perfect spot. I never knew how conniving
and sneaky these things were!
Their primary target/food are flies (or other little creepy crawlies). The trap is that the prey must be lively/alive when caught. Dead flies won't work in Venus flytrap. But In spite of the fact that flytraps are carnivorous, they can still go long periods (a month or two) without eating creepy crawlies/ insects.
If you're curious why Venus flytraps helpful, it's because Venus Flytraps grow where soil fertility is very low. So to compensate, they do this. They trap their prey after they trigger the hairs inside their "mouth". They then secrete an acid that dissolves the prey and they soak up the nutrient soup. All that remains after is an exoskeleton which just falls out after the flytrap opens back up.
This shows how plants evolve themselves
for nutrition (nitrogen & others)...these
carnivorous plants grows on thin soil or
where there is very poor nutrition. Such a
magnificent law of nature and again it got prove The survival of fittest !!
But unfortunately, The Venus flytrap is globally listed as vulnerable. It is also under consideration for federal listing on the U.S. endangered species list. https://www.nwf.org/Educational-Resources/Wildlife-Guide/Understanding-Conservation/Endangered-Species
I wish I had this plants at my house
because sometimes their a lot mosquitos and Flies fly around at our home and this kinds of plants may be a solution to eat those kinds of annoying bugs and insects. Hehehe. just kidding😁. I am just interested to it because of how amazing seeing plants like that.
Thank you for reading😁!! Godbless y'all
Having a Lion's Mentality
Good day, it's me again @Lejay28
Just want to share this article😁
The mindset we all need is
**Be a lion**!
Develop the passion, the willpower to go after your goals, and make your desire to succeed stronger than your fear to lose!
The bravery of a lions heart is his mindset towards surviving and quest of staying alive at all cost, no matter the situation. Throwing in the towel so easily is never an option in pursuit for success.
Every brave man started as a sheep, but they KEEP GOING they never gave up and they never gave in they didn't walk the road to success they MADE it! So never give up, be a leader make the path to your own Success and encourage and others to make theirs. Everyone has a purpose you just need to find it no not even you need to sit there in blood and tears knowing you made your purpose. In the end, you can scream I MADE IT , I made my path to success not I walked he path not i found the path you be screaming I made it.! Once you pave your path, you are unstoppable ,you can follow your dreams, you can help others make their paths to success so you are the kings and queens of your own life . So live like it achieve it and never let anyone dethrone you from your throne, so heads up, your crown is falling!!
Felt this is for me..Before, i was a sheep, I have lost the purpose of life and living like sheep with fear and uncertainty. All bcz of laziness and thinking that there is enough time left to start it. I had a lot of problems and worries about people what they say about me but one thing happened in my life after that I don't know what i became i just being myself. Now I have the same mentality. I do fight for my freedom, I do fight for my family, for my friends, for my pride, for my attitude till I m live.. anyone able to put me down to earth but not able to put down my attitude. I don't depend on anyone didn't even care about the hyenas or what they say about me...listen to me like the message the moment you are not afraid of other opinions listen mates we are on another level in everything...so my life is Proof.
Actually, Everyone has these qualities inside them, just need to realize them. Those qualities become more powerful when we convert them into decisions/actions.
Yes, attitude will make a big difference iny our life. But knowing how to pick your battles is also at least as important. Lions don't challenge everything that moves. And in the Class War, the hyenas are legion. It will take a small army of lions to stop them. A small group of lions can hold a small piece of ground. They can make that small piece of ground too expensive for the hyenas to bother with. Until there are enough lions living out of reach of the Oligarchy may be enough.
*If ever one of your friend ,family or someone told you today straight on your face that I you fail in coming exam, you can't have your job. There is not much time for preparation now. Tell them that "I can do this", cauze I am I AM LION. "INFRONT OF YOU ALL I PROMISE MYSELF THAT I AM TAKING RESPONSIBILITIES FOR MYSELF.I WILL TAKE MYSELF TO SUCCESS.ANDIT STARTS NOW".*
Every time you knocked down what matters is how many times you get up! I will not back down I will not give in I will fight till my last breath to make a difference!

Women in the Revolution!
It's me again @Lejay28 . Good day to all
`Just what to share an opinion for women in the revolution`
Women in the revolution clearly manifested the women’s braveness and other abilities in fighting for freedom and democracy. It is really sad how women were being compared to men with their abilities and that “to in all field”. Indeed, it always depends in your perspective or in people’s view, if they really not consider women as hero because it is always men who will become the one. I even consider my mother and father as my heroes as they always shows as to the braveness and sacrifices on their own ways. We cannot really change other’s mind on how they view on the women’s capabilities and as being a hero but on what the story showed in the some documentaries, I can say they really are!
I see women as also equally capable when comes to some of the qualities, capabilities, talents and behaviors that are essential for leadership, but the same with the men maybe some are not. Other even says that females across a range of leadership perceive women to be stronger in the most areas and being compassionate and empathetic and being flexible in all the situations but men are also seen as more willing to take risks as they showed they own definition of braveness. For me, men and women will always be a hero with their own abilities and capabilities. Maybe we come really say that women are the unknown heroes and those women in the revolution truly part of the history and should be honored and considered as heroes.
Thank you for reading!!
I woke up with a heavy heart
Good day, it's @Lejay28 again.
Just woke up, 3:35 am !
I just want to share my thoughts right now.
I did not have the certain reason why. But perhaps it is because I am bothered by all the things that are currently bothering all of us from time to time. Red-tagging, dirty politics, exhaustion, lack of sleep, and empty pockets to name a few.
Many of us are surely thinking that these times of the pandemic have not become any better because of the political ends deeply involved. Signs of decline are very clear as per the national news and updates that continue to track the rising number of both deaths and joblessness, all due to the festering COVID-19 and the woeful response of the current administration.
Nobody has the secret maneuver to be free from all of this worry, from all of the normal human sufferings. Even the little things we do to alleviate anxiety and uncertainty have been direly affected.
I wonder how we can recuperate from everything evil that is happening before us. I am scared and hopeless as you are. For now, let songs/music (soundtrip) help us ready our soul for the coming challenges.
Have a Great day ahead.!!
Can't sleep again! Sountrip for now!
Scared to move Forward
Good day😁. It's @Lejay28 again, Just want to share a random thoughts.
There are moments when we are scared to know the future and to prepare for it. For manifold reasons, we like to stay where we are and to remain in the cloisters of our esteemed and glorified mentality.
Seeing the world in just a single perspective can never yield all the answers we may need for this very questionable life. All the more it can never push us to exhaust all the possibilities out of a single thought, condition, or situation when we need to make sense of all life's quandaries.
At times we are just scared. We dread either the fast or slow obliteration of our personal world when changes take over; thus, we find despotic governments and religions as footholds of consolations because they soothe the excruciating pains from the changes brought forth by the cruel world.
How do we move from this realization? I myself have no answer. There's nothing in my frail mind to provide a strong persuasion that can help me move freely the next day. However, in this fleeting life, we live as though we are holding a candle with a flickering light within the pressing darkness.
For sure that's the reason why we are scared to move forward: because we can only see what the flickering light can reveal to us in a matter of short distance, and this regretful situation would only leave us in the dark and submit to life's absurdities.
But let us convince ourselves that there is hope, there is order, and there is love, despite all of the things which would endlessly make us worry. A Chinese proverb tells us:
"***Better to light a candle than to curse the darkness."***
Thank you for reading,God bless!!

Life: It's a journey, not a race!
Hello it's me @Lejay28, I want to greet you all first a great day! Enjoy reading!
I know a lot of people who think that life is a race. They are afraid of being behind to other people. So their action is always to rush things/ opportunities and end up things into a mess. Actually, we don't need to be fast, we don't need to be the first to achieve/reach finish lines, we don't need to rush things. It doesn't matter how fast you finish things, how fast you achieve your goal, how fast you reach the finishing line, what matters is your experiences, the joy/happiness, what you have learned or knowledge gained along that journey. And the amazing way that can change life along the way. There's this group where a lot are cheering or their first win .There is a lot of ups and downs but the way the group walk towards to achieve it is admirable just the way they are. Just the way they are.
Integrity is EVERYTHING the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles & moral uprightness.
Lately, I've been stressing myself out really bad when it comes to school works at the same time in our house. One of tye reason why I have no time sometimes to visit here hehehe. I am still in college and because of this pandemic, we are in online class learning, so expected to have many assignments online. And for whatever reason I got it in my head that I need to finish as quickly as possible be the best as possible it is simply finish faster and faster, and it's pretty much lied to me to high stress and probably other health issues, little by little and l'm grateful for those little by little moments that I am realizing that I just need to be sol can feel more relaxed and to just be...! I am very glad that I noticed is within myself ever since then I've just been relaxing as much as possible and not having to be in a rush or just high rate to get things done i simply need to just be and all will be at ease.
I've been racing my self for quite some time and I regret it, it's funny because the other day I had to tell my sister that she needs to chill out at work and get out in life and smell the flowers otherwise you're gonna just run yourself to the ground I know that I was trying to give myself advice and not even knowing it.
If one considers life as a race, then that one must get to the finish line as soon as he/ she can. And you know what's the finish line of Life? Death. Your view of the world and life determines your reality. As a result, each individual has their own Reality. One may come up with a variety of theories and philosophies, as well as various ideas and conclusions, but they will still be unable to comprehend existence. You can't comprehend life; all you can do is deal with it.
***~~As a rule, "pride is at the bottom of all great problems and mistakes. The truth will always be hard to swallow when we are choking on our pride."~~***
Just always remember:
***"Life is not a race, so slow down and find the joy in the journey until you reach your destination."***
Thank you for Reading!!
Goodmorning 😁😁
Reflection for Mental health problem
Hey its me @Lejay28, Good day to all 😁 Just want to share some thoughts.
________________________
I know all of us had mental health issues/problem. This article is for you .
We should know/learn how important the mental well-being is in our lives. Yes, mental well-being is very important for all of us, that is why we must have to know how to maintain a positive mental health, especially for us students. The anxiety, depression, trauma and eating disorder are extremely common among us, students. Mental health problems can affect a students' energy level, concentration, dependability, mental ability, and optimism, hindering performance. So as for what I have learned from the seminar on the ways to naturally reduce anxiety and stay active in school while at home, we need to have a regular exercise for physical and mental health, practice deep breathing, eat a healthy diet, meditate ,get some/enough sleep and many other. As a result, student and for all of us mental health is vital in terms of informing about mental disorders and providing attention and support to those who are affected.
In this time of pandemic, it's crucial to maintain our physical and mental health during this tough period. This will not only help us in the long term, but it will also assist us in the battle against COVID-19 if we contract it. For me, I think what I can do to maintain a good mental health is to apply what I have learned at the seminar because I feel that those tips will actually work. First is that to eat a health and nutritious diet, which helps my immune system to function properly. Another is the number of my sleep hours , I should practice good sleep hygiene to lay a strong foundation for your mental health and well-being. And as for socializing since we have to maintain physical distance, we have to create a routine for yourself and your friends to help you escape boredom, such as chatting with them ,playing online interactive games and have fun. Covid-19 will stop soon, in Jesus name.
Improving your mental health is one of the best ways to avoid mental disorders like depression. Sharing about your thoughts will assist you in maintaining a stable emotional state and dealing with stressful situations. Keeping in touch, though there’s nothing better than catching up with someone face to face, but that’s not always possible. You can also give them a call, drop them a note, or chat to them online instead. Keep the lines of communication open: it’s good for you!. Take a break on what you are doing. Changing of scene or a change of pace is good for your mental health. It could be a five-minute pause from cleaning your kitchen, doing your assignments or a weekend exploring somewhere new. A few minutes can be enough to de-stress you. Give yourself some ‘me time’. And do what you want and what you're good at. Stress can be alleviated by having fun. Doing something you like means you're probably good at it, and accomplishing something increases your self-esteem. And ask for support from your family or friends.
***When someone is going through a tough time, it can seem apparent, but there is no easy way to say whether they have a mental health problem. Sometimes, mental health problem is terrifying because it makes you feel as if you've lost control of your mind and that nothing makes sense at all. If you are one of those experiencing mental health problem, just remember that nobody is resistant to mental illness ang there's nobody out there who doesn't have mental health issues, whether it's depression, anxiety, or relationship problems. For me, OCD is no longer a source of shame. Just remember that support is available, and that your life will improve if you seek it out. It’s up to you today to start making healthy choices. Not choices that are just healthy for your body, but healthy for your mind.***

Writing
Its me again ,Lejay28
For quite some time I have been practicing to write clearly and effectively, I managed to reach the realization that everything I have written, whether privately or publicly, was nothing but a mess. All bloody mess. I was then comfortable settling on what was "okay" and did not settle on what "could have been." Thus, limiting the wide possibilities of a better text.
I believe that there's no alternative route to better writing but to write and fail more, to produce more mess. Totally not an easy-peasy enterprise, but writing makes the space for the self to see the world in a certain way. The struggle to write is nothing but an important, bloody struggle, though many people would undermine its value and significance to the real grind of the world.
This, I have to bear in mind, has to be one of the noblest things to do: to sweat and bleed excessively in disrupting a senseless world into a world of words through writing, even without audience and money in return.
Growing olds
-Lejay28
Change is inevitable. Of course, this is undeniable. Even the Greek wise men of old had seriously thought and written voluminous works on the existence of change. But never Parmenides and his static monism.
"Tiguwang naka! di gihapon ka kahibaw?! Unsa diay imo nahibaw-an?!"
As my mother would always yell at me every time I was unable to completely actualize her instructions or tasks. She would love to yell all day just to remind me that I was old when I was still at 12 years of age.
At that time, I earnestly thought that old life begins at 12. I was constantly her assistant in doing manifold household chores, grocery shopping, paying monthly bills, etc.
This perseverated until now. I never knew life outside of being an assistant to my mother and father, except when I deliberately do things on my own in exchange for undesirable yet informative consequences.
I came to the point of doing the extremes, especially those which outrightly scandalize and violate the morals of my parents. All they had for me back then were straight punches, painful slaps, and mobile armies of hateful words all day.
"Naunsa man ka? Ka-bata pa nimo para mag-ing ana ka! Unsa naman lang gamit sa imong na-eskwelahan kon ing-ana ra imo buhaton?"
Instantly, the clear waters became strange tides when they yelled at me at the age of 28. As far as I know, I was then reminded of being old when I was still 12. And for sure, the numbers 12 and 28 have a huge difference, which is too obvious to point out.
Certainly, I don't have a curious case as though Benjamin Button's, for my age and features are not magically regressing. Nor I can be contrarily old and young at the same time.
But the glaring truth in this parcel is that growing old will never be definite despite the evident changes. Parents will be the sole determiner of how old and/or young you are aside from valid documents and PSA.
Thank you and Godbless😁
Bitcoin Cash : in Stake and other Gambling Site
Hello, It's Lejay28 again😁👌
Am I the only one who use Bitcoin Cash in stake or any gambling site?
I Wonder why it is less used here. Haven't you noticed that too? 🤔 Tell me why you never thought of using BCH, or why you do.
Since I started to play in stake , I always use BCH, my very first loss and my first win. Bch is actually a coin with some good value and a lot of potential, thou transaction time is sometimes really slow and i mean really slow. but when i play with it , its nice and smooth and the wins are worth something. This is why I love to play BCH in Stake.
But on the other hand, I always hear and see also some post about Bch to stake (since stake is my favorite.gambling site), they think that why bch is less used in gambling ,is the answer is pretty obvious, it is due to the time the transactions take to confirm. Sometimes they are super slow like a snail you know..
But for me, though I actually use BCH, I think it is because most stakeholders use coins like BTC, DOGE, LTC, ETH, etc. so people rarely use these coins.
And Maybe is just a matter of choose.
Hoping to win more Bch in stake Heheh
God bless!!
Your Kiss
Hello ,it' me again #Lejay28
**YOUR KISS**
With the Messenger app down and various red-taggings that have been going on, surely, we need some sort of a savior, who needs not to be a mighty figure like those we usually see either cartooned or dramatized in television. At times, we need a beacon of hope that does not go beyond from our natural reach. It could be right there under your nose or on your shiny forehead or anywhere near you. But one thing for me is conclusive to save me from all the distress and misfortunes of the world for a day: that kiss, oh, that kiss of yours. Everytime those soft, pinkish-red, sometimes pale, muscles of your lips glue to mine reinvigorates the dying soul inside me. Thus, every moment, every tick of the clock I count with your lips stuck to mine is a time of sweet healing.
Good morning guys😁
I just want to say that ,
I strongly believe that history is more than and beyond what we see and read in the books, journals etc. History books were just made for us to remember the events and people who made histories; their failures, achievements , sacrifices and conquests. Thus, history was made by an action. And most of it all, history made our present time possible.
Our planet Earth needs us
Hello , Its me again @Lejay28
Just want to share with you my morning thoughts, because of this photo.
In this picture, the first thing comes to my mind is that "our planet earth needs our help". over the years, the actions of the human race has caused harm and damage to the planet and we are even facing now a pandemic. For me, what a picture "holding the earth" is trying to tell us is that, we should all come together and show our care and save the earth. indeed, it is all our responsibility to protect, preserve and tend to the world in which we all live. even our simple action will actually give a big impact in saving our planet such us speaking up our voice to spread the awareness in our environment and let everyone hear it, being always informed what is the state or the condition of the things around us, planting tress, promoting proper waste disposal etc. these simple actions will surely help us, our environment and our planet becomes better. We have been controlling the environment/world for the benefit of our jobs, our wrong doings and just for ourselves. I think, maybe this is the time for us to control our actions, wrong doings and ourselves for the survival of our environment and the planet earth.
Hope for the Nation (poster)
Hello everyone, it's me @Lejay28, a newbie
I just want to share one of my inspirational poster I've made with the theme " Hope for the nation" amidst to pandemic and the victims of typhoons.
I actually posted this in noise cash ( My name "Lejay28" ). But since I don't have subscriber there, I thought this post would be useless 🙃. And i think noise cash is just for a short post and updates in everyday we do . Soo I just want to share this also here. To make this message useful and inspire others.
Philippines has gone through different natural disasters through years but this time could be considered most life- threatening. The community with the guidance of authorities has prepared for these consecutive typhoons but sad to say, unexpected things happen and no one could ever predict it. The aftermath was totally devastating. We feel the grief and agony for the lost, of their properties and loved ones. Yet, we all know that resiliency runs in our blood, that despite of the challenges we encounter even amidst pandemic, we still have hope. As our fellow countrymen who are victims of the natural disaster struggle for life, rest assured that the rest of the Filipinos plays their part to send help. This event will surely mark in our history and we will all be reminded that Filipinos despite of what have been through has recovered and remain strong. Because Philippines is the land of not only strong, resilient but of faithful people from which Faith in the Lord, constantly gives them hope.
Hope, it can INSPIRE you !

The Philippines: An overview of the Coloniar Era
The Philippine An Overview of the Colonial Era
Hello Good evening 😁 its me again @Lejay28 .
Just want to share this for you. Proud from Philippines.
This article shows all about the Philippine history, a deep history that is actually difficult to contrast and cope because of a very long colonization event. We all know where the name Philippines come from, it is named after King Philip II of Spain (1556-1598) and it was a Spanish colony for over 300 years. The Spaniards has a great influence and actually dominated in the philippines . The Island
Today the Philippines is an archipelago of 7,000 islands. The islands were part of the larger Spanish East Indies. Forty- four years after Ferdinand Magellan landed in the Philippines and died in the Battle of Mactan in 1521, the Spanish explored and colonialized the island, starting with the founding of Cebu by Miguel Lopez de legazpi in 1565. But later, in 1571, Manila was made to be the capital of the Philippines. This was the time of the reign of King Philip II of Spain. It is believed that Philippines was named after King Philip II of Spain (1556-1598). The Spanish colonial period ended with the Philippine Revolution and Spanish-American War in 1989, and the beginning of the American colonialization of the Philippines and soon with the other countries.
However it is believed that during the last ice age they were joined to mainland Asia by a land bridge, enabling human beings to walk from there. The first people in the Philippines were hunter-gatherers. However between 3,000 BC and 2,000 BC people learned to farm. They grew rice and domesticated animals. From the 10th AD century Filipinos traded with China and by the 12th Century AD Arab merchants reached the Philippines and they introduced Islam. Then in 1521 Ferdinand Magellan sailed across the Pacific. He landed in the Philippines and claimed them for Spain. Magellan baptized a chief called Humabon and hoped to make him a puppet ruler on behalf of the Spanish crown. Magellan demanded that other chiefs submit to Humabon but one chief named Lapu Lapu refused. Magellan led a force to crush him. However the Spanish soldiers were scattered and Magellan was killed. The Spaniards did not gain a foothold in the Philippines until 1565 when Miguel Lopez de Legazpi led an expedition, which built a fort in Cebu. Later, in 1571 the Spaniards landed in Luzon. Here they built the city of Intramuros (later called Manila), which became the capital of the Philippines. Spanish conquistadors marched inland and conquered Luzon. They created a feudal system. Spaniards owned vast estates worked by Filipinos. Along with conquistadors went friars who converted the Filipinos to Catholicism. The friars also built schools and universities. The Spanish colony in the Philippines brought prosperity - for the upper class anyway! Each year the Chinese exported goods such as silk, porcelain and lacquer to the Philippines. From there they were re-exported to Mexico. In 1892 Jose Rizal founded a movement called Liga Filipina, which called for reform rather than revolution. As a result Rizal was arrested and exiled to Dapitan on Mindanao. Then in 1898 came war between the USA and Spain. On 30 April 1898 the Americans defeated the Spanish fleet in Manila Bay. Meanwhile Filipino revolutionaries had surrounded Manila. Their leader, Emilio Aguinaldo declared the Philippines independent on 12 June. However as part of the peace treaty Spain ceded the Philippines to the USA. The Americans planned to take over. War between American forces in Manila and the Filipinos began on 4 February 1899. The Filipino-American War lasted until 1902 when Aguinaldo was captured. However in December 1941 Japan attacked the US fleet at Pearl Harbor. On 10 December 1941 Japanese troops invaded the Philippines. They captured Manila on 2 January 1941. By 6 May 1942 all of the Philippines were in Japanese hands. However American troops returned to the Philippines in October 1944. They recaptured Manila in February 1945. The Philippines became independent on 4 July 1946. Manuel Roxas was the first president of the newly independent nation. Today the Philippines is still improving and many things are changing and it has a great testimony to its pass by on what happen on the Philippines on early stage ago.
My comment:
For me the colonial experiences of the Philippines have greatly influenced the preservation of the nation’s literary cultural heritage and built cultural heritage. Apparently, colonial experience has defined how heritage is treated and conserved. The colonial legacy has set a precedent that destroys the old practices, ways of life, structures and edifices to favour the creation of a new set of world order, thus setting a culture of neglect and disregard for cultural heritage conservation. Apparently, the politics of memory and the quest for a new identity has influenced how heritage conservation is defined and perceived. From the time before the Philippines was discovered by the Europeans and the way the nation was passed on from one colonizer to another, minimal sense of heritage conservation was developed. The perception that anything related to the historical past is a sign of antiquity and underdevelopment has comprised the way present communities perceive development. Henceforth, cultural heritages are given the least importance unless its relationship with economic activities has been clearly established. This study connects the implications of the Philippines’ rich colonial experience to approaches of heritage conservation in the country and in the end presents a way of how to possibly reverse some of its impact. The study presents an exploratory and descriptive approach using case studies of heritage districts in the Philippines that illustrate how a practice of cultural neglect can be converted to culture of concern and conservation through the development of creative industry and culture capital.
Thank you for reading. Hope you learned something from our country.!

Hello ,it's me again @Lejay28
Just want to share a poem!
Just believe all goes through
on a bumpy road ; Yet, you aren't
alone fighting in this world.
Over a hundred piles of burdensome
you shoulder ; There are million
reasons to live life and get bolder.
Maybe it seems you're walking
inside the darkest tunnel ; or at
the river along with squall you
keep to paddle.
Everyone you love no matter what
will always stay at your side ; Our
support is in you we'll never left
you behind.
Rest if you get tired but never give up ;
If despair haunts you we'll never get
sick to cheer you up.
Let your heart be filled by the flame of
love as you always be ; 'Cause you're
one in a million, no one can replace
with thee.
In you all troubles or may it be unseen
enemy will be get over ; 'Cause your faith
is your shield and prayer is your armor.
New days are soon to come so cast all
your fears away ; As the sun still shines
there's hope so hold tight along the way.
Out of life on earth, our God lives within us ; Exalt HIM, for all who calls on the Lord's name will be saved.
Stay safe! God bless to all

Opinion on Covid-19 vaccine
Hey, its me again @Lejay28. Welcome back guys!!
As a concern a citizen, as of now I can't say that I trust nor I distrust to it. I am actually in a fifty - fifty response considering its completion in a short lenght of time and in the other hand, the my desire or the people's desir to have the vaccine or to be vaccinated as soon as possible. Thinking of it, in my opinion, they must consider this as a problem if will it accepted by the public or how will public trust the vaccine? Yes, we all want a vaccine but not just a vaccine, it should be an effectively proven and a safe vaccine. Arguably, trust is an intrinsic and potentially modifiable component of successful uptake of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Since I can't say if I am one of those who trust or distrust with this said vaccine, all I can say is that there must be things to be realize in order for people to trust and accept it. And It is a clear and consistent communication by government officials and ensure greater transparency in vaccine trials, this includes explaining how vaccines work, as well as how they are developed, from recruitment to regulatory approval based on safety and efficacy, it is in order to increase our understanding or public understanding of and confidence in vaccine program or development. With this, I think as long as the vaccine proven safe and effective and public totally accept it with trust , there will no problem with the vaccine. And I really hope for it.
Thank youu for reading!
Change!!!
Hey its me again @Lejay28 . Its good to be back here !!
**Life is an ever evolving process that builds oneself for its own betterment. We all keep on changing each and every time, conscious and unconsciously, and all of them are the results of what we acted in life, it may be bad or good change. Traits come and go. Desire keeps evolving. Hobbies keeps modifying. And whatever changes may come to us, all those things make us what we are now. Changes helps us grow and understands things better. But I still believe that there are certain thing in my life that is not needed to be change and a thing that is very hard to change, not impossible but very difficult to change.**
Now coming to the question about certain changes about my life in the past to 2 years, I think one of it is me becoming a more matured one ( respect, more responsible, time management, etc.). I really realized it in myself the way I think and the way I look at things, it's a lot different from before when I was still in high school. And I think it's all because of my experiences in life throughout that time. Second, I can somehow manage overthinking now. Honestly, back then I easily overthink things and see it negatively, and this is one of my typical personality before, which is very dangerous, in a way that it may ruin positive/beautiful things. And I am very thankful to the people around me, my family and my friends for showing me things to be more positive, it really helps a lot. Next is that I become more addicted to gadgets. Somehow I see this change both in bad and good change of my life. If you really focus on the word "more addicted" , it sounds like a bad change but for me, just like I said, it also gave me good things. I can say there are a lot of changes in my life with that past 2 years maybe I just don't realize it in my self and other is more like physical change.
We can't actually change things, unless we change our actions. I think if I have to wish for myself to change, I wish I could be a bit more socially aware/ conscious and be more confident. Actually one of the reason why I am not that socially aware/conscious is that I am not even confident and easily get shy to interact with other people. I really wish I could change this one in the future and I will try my very best to act for it.
You? What in the past 2 years what changes to yourself you've noticed now? Is it bad or change of yours?
It's good to be back guys💯!
