Good day to all! (04-30-21)

How are you guys? Hehe last day for the month of April .Hope you all to have a Good whole day.! Enjoy reading.

NOT FREELY BREATHING

Breathing is not as simple as before. We are now under the continuing danger of the pandemic, and this is the time when we become extra-conscious of the air we intake.

The air obviously exists, though invisible. It naturally goes where ever it desires to go, takes whatever what it takes with, and gives life to us as its dependents.

But whenever we step out of the house, we become more careful in our every inhale and exhale. Often times, we (over)think that the air available for our noses is contaminated with the virus, so we accumulate irrational fears.

This completely different time has already given timely realizations, including this one: We are not breathing as simple as before. The pressing threat of the virus endangers one of the easiest things that we could do for our continual survival.

Our breathing is chained by the threat and we cannot directly do something about it. But we all agree that there must something that needs to be done. Not everything in this world comes free, but I would really believe that breathing should be as free as the birds flying in the sky.

Morning View: Flexing our Orchid heh

Instead;

You can do this every morning :

The 4-4-4 and 4-7-8 technique of breathing

(4-7-8)

Breathe out (exhale)totally through your mouth, making a whoosh sound. Close your mouth and breathe in discreetly through your nose to a psychological tally of 4. Hold your breath for a count of 7. Breathe out totally through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of 8.

(4,4,4)

While sitting, take in through your nose for a count of 4, bringing the breath into your stomach. Hold your breath for a count of 4. Delivery your breath through your mouth with a whooshing sound for a count of 8. Without a break, take in again for a count of 4, rehashing the whole procedure 3-4 times in succession.

I hope it helps ❤️. Thank you!
