Next project: Cabbage! Yes: my next project after sowing/planting corn: Cabbage. A type of large cabbage, which they call black cabbage among the people. Cabbage left for seed last year reached seed maturity in the spring. We cut it from the bottom, dry it in the sun, and let the seeds decompose. We wait for next year and plant in March, April or May.
