August plum and fig... There are two interesting kinds of fruit in Rize: prune and fig. Fig is locally known as: Istanbul fig. These two wonderful flavors have a feature that is not found in any other region in Turkey. I have written before: the same is true for citrus fruits (tangerine, orange). But since there is unconsciousness, all species are considered in the same category! however, this is absolutely wrong! There is also hazelnut in an interesting situation: the three provinces that produce the most wonderful hazelnuts: Trabzon, Giresun and Ordu, the Sakarya hazelnut that earned the money unfairly!! (Since Sakarya hazelnut is grown on flat land: the oil rate is low!) Isn't it an interesting information? However, the difference is in the details! And the subject is very important: OUR HEALTH!! Bu iki harika tat: Türkiye'de başka hiçbir bölgede bulunmayan bir özelliğe sahip. Daha öncede yazmiştim: aynı durum turunçgillerde (mandalina, portakal) de söz konusu. Fakat bilinçsizlik olduğu için bütün türler, ayni kategoride değerlendiriliyor! oysa bu durum kesinlikle yanlış! Yine enteresan bir durumda findik da mevcut: en harika fındığı üreten üç il: Trabzon, Giresun ve Ordu, parayı haksiz şekilde kazanan Sakarya fındığı!! (Sakarya fındığı düz alanda yetiştiği için: yağ orani düşük!) Enteresan bir bilgi değilmi? Oysa fark: ayrıntıda gizlidir! Ve konu çok onemli olan: SAĞLIĞIMIZ!!
