THE STATE OF PEOPLE WITH EMPTY BRAINS !! This empty building is in a neighborhood in Istanbul. I photographed it passing in front of you. I interpreted it like this: "in people with empty brains, like this empty building; isn't it the same? Let it rise as much as it wants, it is empty inside!
