Chewy Red Velvet Crinkles with Creamcheese filling.

Ingredients

2 cups All purpose flour

1 /4 tsp Salt

2 tsp Baking powder

1/4 cup Cocoa powder

1 1/2 cups White sugar

3 Eggs

1/2 cup Oil

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 1/2 tbsp Red food coloring

Powder sugar for coating

Chill for 4 hours or Overnight

Bake at 350° F for 8 to 10 minutes

CREAM CHEESE FILLING

1/2 bar Creamcheese (4 oz)

1 /4 cup Butter

3 to 4 Tbsp Power sugar

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tbsp Milk
