Hello everyone, I came home two hours ago and cleaned it and prepared lunch, and now I'm getting ready to go out to visit a friend here, we don't have electricity in Syria, we only see it for an hour a day, this is annoying because we forgot that there is an invention called the refrigerator, we can't keep any food even for one day So we buy our daily need of foods. This was our lunch. Make sure that there is protein in every meal because I exercise on a daily basis and it is important for building muscle.

Besides all the problems it's made with love. Looks very good.
It's made of chickpeas, tahini, garlic, and limes
I don't like garlic but the rest sounds great. So it's kind of hummus?
Yes, boiled chickpeas are ground very finely, and boiled chickpeas without grinding are mixed with tahini, a little milk, lemon juice and a garlic clove, then fried with ghee and put on top of fried bread, pomegranate and cumin. It is delicious. Its name in Arabic is Fattah.
Sounds excellent. I'll ask my Syrian colleague about it. He likes to cook and brings something with him. Maybe I can taste it soon.
Yes, I encourage you to taste it, but be aware that it is a heavy meal on the stomach, so do not eat too much of it
