FRIDAY ULAM I don't know where it started or its origin. But even we are used to it they say monggo is the friday dish..hehe Did your mother cooked it too or do you know someone that when Friday comes, the dish is automatically monggo?. Actually, I shouldn't cook this but my mother were going to Ambulong, Batangas together with her sisters because their cousin died there. That's why he left what he was cooking to me because my siblings don't know how to cook. Thats really the problem if the mother is not in the house the family members will get hungry because they didnt know how to cook. I took some talilong leaves and added them to it because there are no fresh vegetables to buy in the market today.Over all I can say it tastes good hehe..Tjhis saves their hunger..
