Grilled Porkchop Since LPG is so expensive nowadays my mother was using charcoal on cooking their food even in her streetfoods business. Actually most people said that foods that are cooked using charcoal and firewood are more delicious than cooking on LPG's and induction cookers.Do agree with that?. By the way my brother planned to grilled porkchop for their lunch today so he Marinated it overnight Yesterday night. I photographed this food while he was grilling but he dont want to include him on the photo HAHA he is shy : ) I like the smoky flavor of this food it gives more appetite on someone who is going to eat the food.
