I went out to buy canned sardine and bread coz I am feeling lazy to cook this evening. I went to a local shop in my street and asked them for a can of sardine. The little girl in the shop said they have two types; the one of N700 ($1.5) which is Titus sardine and another one of N500 ($1) called Today's sardine. After she said this, I looked at her mother with a confused face and asked; "is that correct?" She said yes. I was shocked! The last time I bought Titus sardine, it was N300 (around $0.6) now the price has gone up more than 100%. I just bought the cheaper one and I pray it tastes good. This country has really deteriorated and price of food items is increasing daily #RandomThoughts
