I found an interesting thread while browsing through nairaland.com and it's about the longest snakes in the world. Before now, I thought the longest was the boa constrictor, but that guy is even the 8th on the list! 😀 The king Cobra is even longer than it. The one I found shocking is a particular African rock python that's 23 feet long (7 meters) and a 4.9ft crocodile was found in his stomach 😬 can't this one swallow a human as well?? The one that's rumoured to be man-eaters are the green anacondas and they are even aquatic, so imagine come across that while swimming in water! The number one on the list is extinct (I wonder how it made it to the list since it's no longer around) and it's called titanoboa (titan 😉). Since it's no longer alive, that makes the reticulated python the longest snake in the world and they are found in southeast Asia.
