There has been a cannon casting factory here since 1853 under the direction of the Frenchman Sarl Libri, and this area is called Knezev arsenal, where later that factory grew over the years and something similar still exists today. Now the cannons have been replaced by notes and sound, so the Arsenal fest music festival is held here every year, where famous groups from all over the region are guests. The space is interesting because it dates back to ancient times and still beautiful, although it is deserted and in ruins. It is also used as a film studio, so some foreign produced films were shot here.
