Nevertheless, even if there are moral dilemmas with complete information it is not a guarantee of a smooth decision making or easy choice. There are types of moral dilemmas with incomplete information. Some are even open-ended that do not demand a decision.  So it is very important to at least know what level they are. Are they individual, organizational or structural?
