try to review your articles and check which of them had high tips from the bot then focus on that topic. Just a suggestion 'coz I sometimes do that.
It was the same with me and it just started again. There's an email if you like to contact but I doubt you receive an answer. It's a random rewarded and you have no right of a reward. Good luck. 🍀
