What are Celeberations for?

The main thing is to make people feel special cause there are only special times for celeberating someone. And it's to make times special to e.g is Christmas and all others like that. To celeberate on something or someone makes you realise you're special and that's why you should give the special action to them when it's needed. Celeberate people when they are to be.
