How to deal with disappointment Disappointment,a negative emotion we all feel every now and then can be really uncomfortable and unpleasant. It is that feeling we get when our expectations don't match our reality and it often leaves us with this pain and void that needs to be filled. We get disappointed mostly because we expected quite too much from someone and we were let down. Maybe you expected someone to support you or thought you were valued by someone and those expectations were cut short. I just want to let you know that it's okay to be disappointed but it's not to let yourself be overwhelmed with it because there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. You can deal with disappointment by never placing high expectations on people because we are all humans and we make mistakes even if don't mean to. Yes, you may get assurances from people which might make you feel safe and when these people don't come through, you get disappointed. So, I'll advice you to make God your first and last Hope because He never fails especially when what you want is according to His Will for you. He knows the best for you because His thoughts towards you are thoughts of good and are geared towards giving you a desired end. Just ask Him with faith and you'll receive. I'll also advice you not to place all your hopes in yourself. Some people are so self dependent that they lose sight of the reliable people around them and carry the weight of the world on them which isn't right. You should surround yourself with people that are ready and willing to help you in every step of the way and I'll advice that those people should have the same or similar goal and drive as you. No one is an island. According to Martin Luther King, " We must accept finite disappointment but never lose infinite hope." Thanks for reading 😊

Keys to movement to new levels 1. The realization of the need to move 2. Vision for new levels. You need to see it to receive it. 3. Reaction against the current level. If that level is not what you want, strongly refuse it and aim for a higher one. 4. Revelation of divine provisions for new levels. 5. Recourse to immediate action. 6. The willingness to fight in order to possess the next level

Good Morning. I hope y'all are doing great. Just wanted to let you know that the best thing you can do for a person is connecting that person to His/her Maker; connecting the creature to the Creator which is God. When that is done, many other things can get accomplished without lifting a finger. Thank you and have a good day😊

The rise of Ethereum It is no longer news that Ethereum is on the way to to the top being the second-largest crypto currency platform and being used by many people around the globe. Launched in 2015, Ethereum is presently second to Bitcoin which is the largest and most used right now. According to Wikipedia, Ethereum is a decentralized open source blockchain featuring smart contract functionality and serves as a platform for over 260,000 cryptocurrencies which includes 47 of the top 100 cryptocurrencies of market capitalization. There's no doubt it's a big deal and that's why a lot of people around the world including me, want to invest. I must say that I'm pretty astonished yet puzzled at the way it shot up to second place this year even though I just started hearing about it. Ethereum is now the basis for the invention of "Forsage" which is an online marketing matrix program and the first of its kind to initiate a self-executing smart contract on the Ethereum blockchain and others which are helping people earn Ethereum. It'll be advisable to invest in Ethereum by buying it now that the exchange rate is not really high than when it is because it increases on a daily basis. As at last week, it was about 120,000 in the Nigerian currency but when I checked yesterday, I was shocked finding out that it shot up to 170,000. I really don't want to imagine how much it'll be by the end of this month but all I know for sure is I'm investing and I hope that you are too.

The junction of Appreciation Appreciation can be simply defined as the recognition or admiration of something. It is expressing gratitude towards a kind gesture from someone. It can also be seen as a Spiritual action with guaranteed profit. On the other hand, a junction is a place where two or more things are connected. It is a place of transition or change of direction. Now connecting both terms, I'll say that appreciation is the junction that connects where you are coming from to where you are going to. It connects what is in your hands to what is in God's Hands. It connects the situation to a solution. It connects the Possibilities of God to the impossibilities of man and finally, it connects the extremities of man to the opportunities of God. When you show gratitude to a person, that person will be happy and willing to do more. That's the same when we show gratitude to God for things he does for you; it just encourages and motivates Him to do bigger and better things. That's why we should adopt the attitude of gratitude in our day-to-day activities, no matter how little what we receive is, and in every situation. The reason that whatever we go through in life is not worse than it is, is because God didn't allow it to be so let's always be grateful. WHAT TO APPRECIATE GOD FOR The possession of Spiritual assets. The privilege of relationship with Him. The gift of His Son, Jesus. The great and Glorious destiny ahead of you. The gift of life and divine health. His mercies which are new every morning. His grace which is forever sufficient and His favour. Always possess the attitude of gratitude for it helps a lot. A single "thank you" can change a lot of things for the best. Happy Sunday ❀️

Risk Taking Taking risks especially good and productive ones is something which should be valued and done when you feel there's need to. Sure it may seem frightening at first and that's when you begin to think about the probabilities of it being a big old waste of time at the en hid of the day. It's important not to lose hope but trust God, yourself and that risk taking process. I'll be sharing with y'all a brief but incomplete story of my risk taking experience and I do hope you enjoy. So exactly a week ago, I came across this post on Instagram about an online photo contest and mind you, I don't do things like that because I feel I don't have what it takes to contest but I felt compelled to participate in that very contest and I might add that the prices were really juicy. So I sent a Dm to the organizer showing my interest and she directed to chat with them on WhatsApp which I did. They sent the requirements for the contest and I agreed to participate so i was definitely down with it. The contest has two stages: the first being a monetary voting stage and the second, an Instagram voting contest where the contestant with the highest number of likes wins the contest. All of these may sound easy but trust me it ain't a piece of cake. So I actually thought it wasn't a big deal because I had a lot of good friends and a supportive contact (or so I thought but I was instead of getting the support I needed, all I got was a shock to my bone marrow This proved to me that a true friend is one that sticks close to you even in the face of adversity because the people I thought would help me read my messages and never replied. Well my saving grace was God and the few wonderful friends who helped me and also told other to support and I'm really grateful for that. Soon, the contest started and people started voting and while i had 3 votes, some people were having over a 150 votes and I needed a minimum of 50 votes to qualify for the second stage. Initially, I was worried but I kept my faith in God and also talked to a friend who advised me to continue because there's really no harm in trying and so I did. So I currently have 11 votes and a faith that's as big as my head and I know I'm not anywhere close but I Know I'll get there and hopefully win( I just love being positive about things). It's a long shot but I believe it's definitely worth. So start taking positive and productive risks and keep your faith in God and in yourself alive and I trust you'll come out victorious at the end of it all. Don't worry, I'll keep you updated on this risk taking journey😁 Thanks for reading 😊

The Plague Of Fear Fear has a lot of definitions, some of which i'll outline here. It can primarily be defined as an unpleasant emotion caused by threat of danger, pain or harm. It can also be seen as a feeling of anxiety concerning the outcome of something. Another definition says it is a negative emotion generated from negative expectations and anticipations. All of these definitions are true because fear doesn't just happen, it is usually prompted by something negative. The Nature of Fear The fear of death: this is experienced by many people in the world today. Truth is that death is inevitable but if the fear of dying early grips you hard, it might actually happen because what we fear most is actually what happens to us. That is we need to be faith-filled and hope for the best to come. Fear of the past: we all have had some negative experiences in the past and we let that ruin our future which isn't right. We need to move on and forget all negative past experiences. Fear of negative predictions: This is when we allow negative predictions from people rule our life by pondering on it and that is really unhealthy. We should reject negative predictions and move on with our great lives. Fear of being alone: this one is really common because no one likes to be alone and especially at night. This fear makes people imagine things which actually aren't happening around them. For example, little kids afraid of the boogie man under the beds. Those are all wide imaginations prompted by fear and nothing else. Others are: The fear of repeating negative family history. Individual specific fear commonly called "phobias". The fear of the unknown. The fear of the unknown. Effects of Fear Fear is a magnet which connects people with two things: satan and the object of the fear. Fear invites the devil who then fills the mind with those scary imaginations and other subjects of fear. Fear invites snares and enemy traps into life. It brings bondage and torment. It is the foundation for disaster and destruction It is highly contagious and destructive. By letting fear control you, you unknowingly invite fear into the lives of the people around you. Fear prevents the possession of life's inheritance. It's attracts anxiety, disease and death. Fear is one of the major causes of depression which can ultimately lead to death. People commit suicide because of bullies, people maybe fun of them, threats or even the fear that they may not amount to anything in life. It can also cause diseases in the sense that a person who experiences some symptoms of a diseases can go look it up and when their symptoms match what they see, they start getting scared and worried. This will eventually lead to the disease which the person might not have had, happening and this can lead to death. That's why it's important to fill ourselves with faith which is the tonic to fear. Secrets to victory over fear The presence of God. Be sure to always surround yourself with the presence of God by praying, reading his Word (the Bible) and also having a guilt free conscience. By reading the Word of God, you connect to the voice of God which assures you that everything will be alright. Faith and confidence in God: Faith is the direct opposite of fear and it's really vital. By building your faith which comes from hearing and reading the Word of God,vyou automatically destroy your fear. Note that faith and fear are mutually exclusive. The ministry of peace The fear of God which brings wisdom Fear imparting intakes, contacts or actions should be avoided. I personally love watching horror movies which affects me in the night because the events that happened in the movie keep on replaying in my mind and this leads to me not getting enough sleep. It's important to not watch them more often. Making the choice against fear. Sometimes you just gotta tell yourself not to get scared no matter the situation. You can repeat a few times and a take a deep breath and relax, it'll be alright. So I hope you'll enjoy this article even though it's my first time here😁. I also hope I've been able to give you reasons not to fear. Thanks for reading 😊
